Wow! What an amazing find! Great service on email and as soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted by the receptionist and her lovely, sunny personality. This continued when I had my tooth cleaning where both hygienist/dentist and dental nurse were so friendly. The dentist was really knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips to make sure that my teeth remained in good condition. The place is also spotlessy clean and in a really convenient location. Will definitely be back and couldn't recommend enough!

I would firstly like to say that Tooth London is a clean and professional dentists. When you enter through the door the receptionists are welcoming. The receptionists have very good customer services and when you need to change your appointment by phone or email they are helpful and quick to respond back. The main reason I am very happy with Tooth London is Dr Ana Krstevska. I really think Dr Ana is a great dentist because she is so professional and explains the whole process from start to finish. Dr Ana makes you feel right at home and calms your nerves down, as everyone knows how scary going to the dentist can be. I visited Dr Ana last year in October for my first check up with Tooth London and she explained what needs to be done and produced a treatment plan. Dr Ana talked me through the treatment plan and made sure that I understood the whole process. I am still in the process of seeing Dr Ana as my treatment plan is close to finish. I would like to thank Dr Ana for all her help and professionalism. You are a great person as you always made me feel welcoming and always have a smile on your face. I hope Dr Ana never leaves Tooth London as she is my new dentist from now and till the future. I would also like to thank Mia the hygienst for her help and also making me feel welcoming. Mia was nice to talk me through the whole process of cleaning my teeth and provided good oral hygien.

On recommendation by a neighbour last year (in finding it increasingly difficult to attend my previous dentist, who was reducing his working days/hours) I tried Dr Ana Krstevska. What a breathe of fresh air! Though not quite as cheap as my previous NHS dentist (tho having done local research, very competitive within the general market) the difference in service quality highly apparent the minute I walked in.. impeccably clean, modern ‘everything’, transparent pricing, friendly staff, long opening hours incl. evenings which is fantastic for us full-times workers and complimentary tooth product samples. I had a tooth which needed removing (I’d been putting off for months out of sheer nervousness) and Dr Ana did so one Friday eve before Xmas, rightly pointing out it wasn’t serving any purpose just sitting there broken. It was a wrestling match lol (this was my first ever removal, was an old root canal) but she got there with aplomb and determination despite my subtle shaking & quivering. I now require an Implant (not an inexpensive process anywhere, however I feel wholly confident I will get excellent service & treatment here longer term) and in fact was ready for next step in the process just before COVID-19 disrupted the plans. I’ve been living with a big gap in my upper row teeth for longer than envisaged & primarily eating on my other side for months.. so really looking forward to the Tooth team getting back to business ASAP. I should also mention the wonderfully front of house staff who are helpful and professional, in particular Nicolette who was marvellous on that particular occasion and every other, she is so calm, friendly and reassuring, indeed a true asset to the entire Tooth team. Visited Tooth a few weeks back and had a couple of teeth extracted. I was lucky enough to get an emergency appointment on the day due to a cancellation and the receptionist was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Anna was absolutely amazing and talked me through what the issue was and presented me with options rather than just saying what needs to be done and I found this really reassuring. I had two teeth extracted and the procedure was relatively pain-free and smooth all the way through. The prices at Tooth in my opinion are also relatively competitive in comparison to other dental practices in the area and from the receptionist all the way up to the Dentist, everyone is very welcoming and really helpful. I will definitely be going back for a hygiene clean in a few months and will recommend to colleagues, friends and family in the area!

She actually referred me to hospital to check a lymph node that has been sitting and swollen under a dental implant for quite a long time. I first started going to Tooth Dental Care last year as I wanted to get an Aligner fitted to straighten my teeth and I have to say I am so happy with the results! Not a fan of the dentist's! but the friendly and reassuring staff made this a pleasant experience and I have been back a couple of times for follow ups and just cleaning. The reception staff are so nice that you will want to go just to see them but when it comes to treatment they are really good. Previously I'd had a couple of dentists that had a god complex and made me feel really bad about not having perfect teeth, nothing could be further from the truth here, they are honest but also kind and make you feel at ease. So all in all a clean, smart and professional place to go with some great people that will treat you kindly but know their stuff and very good.

I had two appointments today with Toothlondon today I've been to different dentists in the past years around Waterloo area, I have to admit... Toothlondon is one of the best you can find in that area. My appointment with DENTAL HYGIENIST, LEANNE was awesome , she really did a professional and great job in cleaning my teeth, keep in mind I had a sensitive tooth pain and she was really careful to not cause me any pain. And my appointment with DR. ANDREEA was great too. She did a full checkup and went over my problems with professional manner, and offered me many options of treatments, I was happy and satisfied! And they didn't rush me over with treatments plans like the other dental practices in London that I have been in. It seems the other dental practices they rush you over the treatments plans and make you pay in advance which is really no good, But Tooth Dental Care don't do that which is I liked. Guess I finally found my favorite dental practice in London :)

Really great team. I had two appointments with them several months ago. Super kind dentist and the hygienist was really honest with me when I booked in for the 'Diamond Shine' cleaning which involves air-jet stain removalshe told me I did not need this level of stain removal as my teeth did't have any real stains. So she recommend I get the standard cleaning in my case. That saved me £30 and I really appreciated the honesty! The cleaning was great and was what I wanted. I very much trust them and would not hesitate to go back or recommend them. And I'm VERY picky about the dentists I see!

Tooth is a fantastic dentist that delivers high quality and friendly service. All their staff have fun personalities. They are slightly less expensive then most private dentists in central London, but I would always recommend dental insurance to keep you covered. Their premises is sleek, modern and very well located. Their website, booking process and contact with patient is high tech, emailed receipts and fast response via email or telephone. I was looking for a dentist for some time, without any success: Most charge outrageous prices not being justified by quality of products nor service. But when I found Anna, I was so happy that I found my favourite dentist. I had some challenging times with my teeth and Anna calmed me down and made sure to explain step-by-step roadmap on how to improve the matter. No matter the issue, she always fixed it. Reception staff is very friendly, too. Definitely recommend a visit! Also another sidenote: The surgery is quite stylish!

At Tooth was my first dentist experience in UK. Till the moment I stepped into the dentistry I felt scared, but it was unnecessary, because the premises are neat and atmosphere is welcoming and caring there. My Aunt used to be my dentist, so I'm used to a certain level of trust and comfort when it comes to dentistry and I'm astounded by just how close Tooth manages to get. I required urgent dental care during the Christmas period and chose this clinic as my first choice as it has a very informative website, ticked all the boxes in terms of advancements and treatments. Many thanks to Phil who responded to my emails, answered all my queries efficiently and thoroughly, although the clinic was closed. He also helped me get an appointment for both consultation and treatment at the soonest availabilty. Regretably I happen to cancel as I was seen in an emergency and therefore was refunded the deposit without any cause of inconvenience.

I have never had to wait more than two to three days for an appointment, and when I had an extremely painful infection, I was able to get an appointment within hours and have the problematic tooth removed less than a week later. Having not seen a hygienist in nearly over a decade (caused by the amount of agony I was in for weeks afterwards) I had developed an irrational fear of getting my teeth professionally cleaned. I could see calculus building up around my bottom teeth and felt it was about time to get over this fear and find a dentist that I trusted to sort the problem. On Tooth being recommended I went 4 days ago and was seen by the lovely and attentive Lauren. I was immediately put at ease and she explained that process of cleaning and scaling. Due to my last bad experience she decreased the water pressure and went tooth and nail at the tartar and calculus. I am so happy with the service I received. I could tell the difference immediately and although I need to go back for more appointments I have no pain afterwards and my confidence has increased. I will be back in 3 months!

Professional, friendly and caring clinic! A friend referred this dental clinic when I needed an 'emergency' appointment. As soon as I spoke to the reception staff, I was put at ease and booked an emergency appointment for the next day! I arrived at the facility which looks brand new and extremely clean. The receptionist was friendly and caring as was all the staff, and more importantly the dentist herself! The treatment process was explained to me which really helped e understand what exactly was wrong and how many more treatments were needed. Finally found a dental care clinic I can trust that is also lively (as all the staff is of relatively young age). In summary: professional, caring, experienced, friendly and with reasonable pricing!

I visited the place twice for Dental hygiene/cleaning treatments. I was treated by Dr.Andreea and Dr.Lauren. They both did a great job. The cleaning was done neatly and without any complication. Tooth London takes absolute care in cleaning and looking at teeth. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I walk with a stick and have some health issues (where I deal with a lot of pain). The dentists have made sure I'm always comfortable when I come in. I really do hope they don't have to close down, just because of this pandemic.

Normally I would be scared going to the dentist but since going to Tooth for the past 3 years or so, I have always felt like I was in very safe hands. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgable, that going in there is a breeze, everything is done very smoothly and professionaly. The equipment used also looks to be top of the range, there's a special tiny camera and a screen if they need to show you anything in particular in your mouth. I’ve avoided the dentist when I became an adult because I always felt I was being forced into buying a procedure or product I never required when other issues were at hand which were the reasons of attending an emergency appointment (example when my wisdom tooth first became infected I was offered teeth straightening?? Why??) The second time my wisdom tooth got infect I checked google maps for the Closest to my work place and was astounded how non pressuring and the care that was taken towards me. I told Dr ana my issue and she was straight to the point and didn’t ever try sell me anything unnecessary at all. Nicolette on reception coached me through getting emergency treatment right, reassuring me that everything will be sorted and rather than just 'whipping out' a tooth as another dentist suggested, arranged for a full 360 scan of my mouth so Ana could be sure that the nerves were in the right location for effective removal of my wisdom tooth. She was hugely reassuring, always returned my calls immediately and is clearly a key part of the team. I was presented with a draft scope of work before the procedure together with associated costs, and it was clearly explained to me how the procedure might change depending on what could arise during the surgery itself. Nicolette had already run through the procedure with me on the phone and likely costs before I arrived and this really does help to ensure the client is fully appraised throughout and doesn't forget anything in the haze of pain etc. I can honestly say I can't go to another dentist now having experienced the professionalism and first-class work here. I have had an implant too here in the past which was handled extremely well as I had an underlying infection. The team refused to rush the procedure and opted to take more time for my body to heal before going onto stage 2 which was frustrating for me but absolutely the right thing to do from a patient care standpoint. My dentist, Anna is an absolute angel- how is it possible that I almost fell asleep when she was fixing a very damaged tooth?? She is young, smart, trustworthy and takes a sincere interest in you. Apart from her, all the prices are very transparent, and you won't be surprised with sudden extra costs. The clinic itself is new, clean and perfectly located (5 min walk from Waterloo station). Anna is a Polish dentist, who has set up a dental clinic in London. Due to its convenient location and good service, we our teeth regularly checked and cleaned here. Since my partner is from a dentist family, he goes with me every time I go to the clinic. On one hand, he can help me if I need anything; On the other hand, he and Anna can share some new information on dental technology. As usual, this time we went together and everything went smoothly. After everything was done, I got up and paid the bill, while Anna and my partner were still chatting. When I came back from payment, they were talking address update. My partner was saying: “Since last September, we have moved to County Hall apartments”. Anna was surprised and said: "Really? I didn’t know that. Let me rearrange the bill for you then, as we promise to offer the residents of County Hall 10% discount!" Then she immediately asked the cashier to refund us and gave us a new bill with 10% off. We were surprisingly impressed. Usually, even if it was a kind dentist, s/he might only have said: next time please remind me to give you the discount; or, perhaps some dentists would simply just not mention it. However, Anna gave us the discount even though we did not know about it, despite the fact that we had already settled the bill. Her professionalism and honesty should be highly valued.

As someone who is petrified of the dentist and only goes when something is wrong, Tooth was recommended to me by numerous family members and friends. After finally plucking up the courage to get in touch due to a bad toothache I was gutted they were fully booked in the run up to christmas but this just shows how popular they are. Responses to my emails were speedy, helpful and sympathetic and I was put on the cancellation list. That night I got a call and they had managed to squeeze me in with an early appointment the next day as they didn’t want to leave me in pain over the xmas period, even opening early to let me in. Nikolett on reception was welcoming and friendly and put me at ease straight away. The waiting area is clean and relaxed and I was called in within minutes. My dentist was Anna O who was amazing, she explained everything to me in lots of detail, showing me xrays and pictures and made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. I have a treatment plan set out and don’t feel nervous about my next appointment which is something very rare for me. A year ago, I had a routine check up here and was provided a treatment plan none of which was urgent so I decided to put this on hold due to financial constraints. However, last month a crown fell out and Tooth replaced this and highlighted the tooth next to this needed a filling and booked an appointment for me to do this. I arrived as planned and was told the lady that originally saw me last year would see me however, she had no idea of the recent treatment that had been completed and why I was booked in. She proceeded to tell me she would do a check up and give me another treatment plan as the last one was completed a year ago. I had x rays completed in my last two visits and was there to get a specific filling done, not talk about further work. I was left so disappointed as feel my time has been totally wasted and now need to start again with another dentists. I ended up walking out as could not cope with going through a check up to advise me to get non urgent work completed.
