I visited this dental practice as a new patient today. I was extremely impressed with both Annastasia (Hygienist/Therapist) and Dr Dennis Chong. I was a little nervous having not been to the dentist for some time, but the team explained every step of the way clearly and their knowledge and experience was evident, which made me feel at ease. All of the staff were so friendly, caring and professional. The clinic was very clean and modern, without feeling too sterile. Highly recommend this dental practice.

I am someone who has been skeptical about the dentist all my life. I can confirm this is no longer the case. By far West Dulwich Dental is the best dentist I have been to and it is now my permanent choice. Such a relaxing, positive, clean and friendly environment (all very important). I initially came to Dennis to re glue a crown performed by a different dental practice that kept falling out. Dennis examined my crown and found the issue and also highlighted potential issues in the future. He recreated my crown and helped to secure it more effectively for the future. Years later the crown is still perfectly in place and I trust Dennis with all my dental needs. I have been a client of West Dulwich dental for several years and could not recommend them more! I have had treatment for fillings, wisdom teeth issues and more recently, Invisalign with whitening and new composites (veneers) for my Wedding - I could not be more pleased with the outcome! It's fair to say Dennis is a perfectionist and I really appreciated the time he took to ensure my teeth were 10/10; even sending back moulds for my composites as they weren't to his high standard. Dennis is incredibly thorough, attentive to any queries (over email or the phone is needed) and was very accommodating, fitting in my appointments around my restrictive work schedule. Dennis and his lovely team are friendly, professional and make you feel at ease during the appointment. I've been so pleased with my experience at WD dental that I have recommended them to my husband and sister in law, who both now are clients. My parents and brother also use their services.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I am always impressed by the personal care everyone receives, the friendliness and the efficiency of the team. Working in the Tech Industry, I am also always very pleased to see that Dennis uses top of the range technology in his practice.

I decided that 2019 was the year to sort my teeth out. I can’t recommend West Dulwich Dental enough. I finally got the smile I always wanted. I must have had everything done implants, invisalign, fillings, teeth whitening to get to the end result - perfect smile and I’m so thrilled Dennis and his team offer a very friendly service and make you feel at ease. It is easy to book appointments. Dennis is very helpful and understanding especially having to encourage me constantly to floss floss floss. Dennis is non judgemental but clear and suggested how I might improve condition of my teeth. He got there in the end. He isn’t pushy and we discussed every stage and benefit or not. Dennis also helped in emergencies and always went above and beyond for you. No problem recommending 5 stars *****

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, from the welcome at the door to the time in the chair; this even stretches to dental emergencies, one of which the team helped me through with great flexibility and speed. I can only echo the comments of the previous reviewers. Dennis is a great dentist who is meticulous in his work and his explanations of the treatment options are very clear. The surgery and equipment are state of the art too. I make a 200 mile round trip to see him and I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

Dennis is a great dentist. Coming from a dentist he has got excellent communication skills explaining all options and procedures really well. Very well looked after practice where dental fees are reasonable. Difficult to find a practice that offers this personal service by the owner, high quality dentistry and reasonable fees.
