Amazing dental practice. Dr Savan Patel is one of the best dentists I have worked with. Gives very clear advice and explains treatment options thoroughly. He is patient, friendly, and from a lay person's perspective he is very talented (I had several fillings - all sessions very comfortable, efficient and successful). Dental nurses assisting are also brilliant. Hygienist is excellent and gets the job done to a beautiful standard. Reception staff are always so helpful and prompt to respond without any fuss.

Attended the dental surgery for a filling today very happy with the end result. Feel more confident smiling Dr Patel was great explained the whole treatment properly which was great very friendly and professional. If you’re looking for excellent and thorough dental care I highly recommend this dental surgery, I saw the amazing Dr. Savan Patel today and he takes dental care to the next level, along with his friendly assistant Dental Nurse May I felt heard, cared for and every single issue I had Dr. Patel explained the best treatment options available to me in detail and he put a care plan in place for me. He is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and ensures you understand the treatment being administered fully, I was super impressed with Dr. Savan Patel. The reception team were very friendly and helpful too, all round a great experience and I am looking forward to my next appointments.

The entire practice, not least of all Dr. Savan Patel, were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Patel, in particular, has an excellent bedside manner (among the best I’ve experienced) and did a great job explaining my dental issue. I have been looking for NHS dentists for over 3 months as my father has been struggling to chew. After ringing over 20 NHS dental clinics, none were taking new patients. West Kensington Dentists right away offered to take on my father. The receptionist was extremely friendly. He offered a next day appointment with Dr Xiao-Li Du who I visited at 12:45pm today. I had to find a new dentist as my previous dentist of twenty years will no longer treat me under the NHS. I managed to get an appointment at the West Kensington practice where Dr. Du fitted a crown. I am very pleased with the treatment I received. I was reassured by the extra hygiene measures the staff are taking due to the coronavirus pandemic. I also had an appointment with the hygienist and was impressed with her efficiency. A year on and I continue to find the treatment at this surgery excellent. Dr Du and the hygienist have addressed problems that my previous dentist had ignored for years.

I had an emergency appointment at the Dental Surgery this week. I had to have a temporary filling at the start of business just after the Covid 19 lockdown was lifted. I got an appointment without delay and the treatment was done immediately. I went back for a permanent filing as soon as they were able to treat patients that needed drillings. The hygiene was carried out between patients and I felt very comfortable and safe. I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 star. In the beggining I had some issue with dr.Lee, but in the end she has made a huge effort to resolved it. I have been visiting dr. Lee for while and I can tell with confident I would never go somewhere else now. I trust her and I have 100% confident in her. It has turns out in the end she is the best dentist I ever had. I am glad I have found her. The reception also always very polite and helpful. Happy and smiling to see customer. I have been a patient here for many years and haven’t changed dentist, so that is saying something. In the earlier years, I still remember Mr Yamey’s work in a favourable light. On one occasion only I had a poor appointment with his dental hygienist where I came away slightly injured due to lack of a steady hand with the scale and polish tools but this was not the norm. More recently I have been looked after by Ms Xiao Li Du, who started as an associate dentist and has become a good asset to this practice. Others have commented that things seem a bit rushed but the time pressure is due to limited fee scales on the NHS. I have never found lack of time to be a limitation on the quality of my care here, as the dentists are experienced in working to NHS standards and the standard consultation is delivered in the time available. The practice is making low cost dental care available to all and they accept new patients at a time where too many other dentists have gone private and line their own pockets at the expense of helping the community. I like this place so much more than the ‘Little Britain’ medical centre down the North End Road.

A friend highly recommended Ray Jack-Kee when I moved back to London and needed to find a new dentist. I couldn't get an appointment with him at that time so took a gamble and went with Dr Du (I've had both good and bad dentists in the past, and am quite wary of seeing a new one without a personal recommendation). I've seen Dr. Du on a few occasions since then - 2 crowns and a filling and have nothing but praise for her - she's friendly, efficient, doesn't try and sell you work you don't need and I've had complements on how good my teeth are looking - all this with NHS work. The Hygienist I saw there, Bojana (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong) was also the best and most thorough I've ever been to - and I've paid through the nose for Harley Street treatment in the past...

They always make us feel welcome and always see us within 2 days. I get anxiety at the dentist anyway. But Dr Liu always explains what she is going to do. Always checks her work and double checks with me along the way. The fault I find is they are always in a hurry and cant wait to get rid of you. And that they dont tell you about the next appointments that are due with ref to continuation works. I am tempted to go to another dentist further north of the road as this current dentist wont help with a cosmetic issue with regards to the other teeth in comparison when it was their dentist who made it mismatched on the first place years ago before any of them worked there. I'll see how I feel in a month or so and I might get a consultation reference for the other place to ask them what they can offer instead. Also, having difficulties with the steep staircase is a point of note.

I have been a patient here for 15 years and my experience and it is fair to say my experiences were..mixed. However my last treatment was exceptional. I went in for check up. I clearly needed the work badly but it took 45 minutes for the dentist and her dental assistant to finish the work. That is probably the best value for money you can get anywhere in the healthcare system. The result was visibly so transformative that even 70 year mother noticed few days later. You can see and feel the care with which the dentist was doing the work: no corners cut, full attention to the work, going over same sections of the tooth over and over again. And as a bonus, I never even experienced the horrible painful after effect which I used to get after such claening in the past. How the dentist did it I have no idea. Thank you so much

I started to visit Dr Du 6years ago when I lived in London. Even though I have to travel to see her from Sussex nowadays, it is worthy every journey and penny. She not only treated my periodontitis, but also resolve my over lapping front teeths via Invisalign that was reclined previously by few dentists due to my gum problem. I couldn't thank Dr Du enough. She is Professional, efficient and very skillful. Additional note for receiption staff, always friendly and helpful to accommodate my urgent appointment. The Charge is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Always seen when needed even as an emergency, work is always very well done. Yamey helped me out first years ago when another dentist near Tower Bridge caused an abscess after a bothched treatment. Been with him ever since. Nyamka's work is exceptional.
