Totally shocked by the 360 shift in excellent customer service at Willesden dental centre. I was due to change my dentist but never got round to it. It sad but the reason I was going to change was purely down to always without fail receiving bad customer service from the receptionist. Imagine, loosing customers or getting a bad reputation for your business simple because your staff at the front desk don’t know how to humanly talk to people. Not to mention the treatment is worse when you mention you a NHS patient and not private. I wish people would treat others how they would like to be treated. Just because 1 or 2 challenging customers perhaps ruined your day doesn’t mean you should do the same to the rest of your patients. Rant over. I called on Thursday 10th in the morning and to my surprise I got an appointment the same day. The lady was also lovely over the phone. By now I’m thinking the penny is going to drop when I get to the dentist. But to my surprise, when I got there the same receptionist I spoke to in the morning was there and she was even more lovely in person. I also observed how she communicated with patients coming in and out the dentist and she was fabulous. It was relatively busy but she didn’t give no sign of stress and she was attentive to everyone. I believe her name is Tracy. I wish I remembered her surname. Not sure if she is a new staff or it’s the lick of new paint, but it was a good experience visiting the dentist that day which haven’t happened in awhile. Well done Tracy. I really do hope that day wasn’t a fluke and giving good customer is now part of their new business moto.

Hi first of all huge thanks for Dr. Shah for do a root canal treatment for me as an emergency. I terrified of dentist after 4 sessions of going to different dentist and all left me in pain with my root canal. I was amazed that i can't felt nothing at all. I wish he is my dentist. Went there for an emergency appointment and had to have a partial root canal there, the dentist was clear about everything and although I felt nervous it was quick and definitely reassuring. The dental nurse was the nicest person and so comforting, she made me feel a lot less worried about the whole experience. Overall I’d say the practice has left a positive impression.

I went for a emergency appointment and a tooth extraction. Dr Shah and his assistant were so wonderful. Usually I'm nervous of going to Dentists but Dr Shah was very reassuring and treated me with dignity and respect. He thoroughly explained all my problems, took the utmost care when treating me and gave me really great advise about my teeth. Definitely registering here! Thank you so much Dr Shah

Excellent experience! Dr Shah was so patient with all my questions and hesitation I had to remove my tooth , he wanted me to decide on options he gave me rather pushing me to make a decision. I have been a long standing patient at Willesden Dental centre and have always had friendly and professional service from its dentists and staff. I am shocked by the comment left by Girish Shah, as Dr Malde is an exceptional dentist, helpful, friendly, at times firm but always fair. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone and would also like to point out the receptionists, Clair and Brody are outstanding and very friendly, nothing like previous reviews I have read!

I had my first tooth extraction experience in London and I'd say that I had an amazing experience. Dr Shah was very straight forward yet very supportive and careful. I will like to come back here in the future when I have a problem with my teeth. :)

I've been sent from NHS for an emergency. After reading some reviews I was a little bit concerned about the visit at the clinic. It went actually really GOOD! They've been professional and kind.Dr. Mohammed Rasul explained to me the situation of my tooth in a very clear and professional way and gave me something for the pain.Personally a good experience! Good day to I have been going to this establishment for a few years now I have been happy with the service but not until couple week for go I met this new dentist called mohammed he gave me a 20 out of 10 thu vis he made me feel so comfortable and he did not judge me on my teeth I have received the best service here made me feel welcome he made me feel relaxed and at ease his professional he the tentative on the spot professionalism 10 out of 10 I highly recommend any view to seek this new dentist Muhammad Did I forget even to mention here the his dental assistant and also reception the receptionist welcomed me in and did all the checks temperature and everything like that welcomed me in ushered me to the Room for the practice very well done well done to a very great team 👏 👍 😀 🙌 👌 😊
