My appointment was great, the dentist was helpful and nice. Gonna back for another appointment. Just a bit worried about the reception team, they definitely need more of welcoming or show a bit nice gesture. Simple thing to say is like “How was ur appointment? Anything else I can help u with..” etc. I’ve been to Wytes for the past years and I would say the front of house team is one of the most important part for the business. First impressions count. So does the last.

Wytes is no doubt the best dental practise I have been to so far. The surgery is clean and very modern and the dentists are polite and thorough. I have had a couple of bad experiences with dentists in the past but with Wytes everything has been good every time I have been.

I had a phobia of dentists following a very bad visit more than six years ago. After vising Wytes and being seen by Faeze Ladani I was cured of my phobia. The way that she spoke to me, gave me the full information about my treatment and was honest and open with her opinion made me confident that I was being taken care of. Thank you Faeze for all your help. Reception staff have been great too.

Wytes in Elephant and Castle is honestly the best dentist practice I have ever been too. Quick for appointments. Customer Service is excellent from reception staff, prices are fair and they explain everything perfectly. They gave me a 5 star clean with the hygienist twice and I have an appointment on the 9th to composite bonding using Smile Fast which will close my teeth up for good! DR Aled Price is honestly the best. He has helped me so much and I couldn't ask for a better person to take of my teeth! Thank you guys!!

Wow!! From the minute I phoned up, the lady who took my details (I think it was Elle) was so good to me. Very polite and patient. She took the time to listen to my problems and was available and on hand to give me options and make sense of the problems I was facing. Because I can suffer from extreme dizziness when laid flat she reassured me the dentist would be understanding of the situation. She got me booked in, and today I had my tooth taken out by Mr. Little who took the time to listen to my worries. Thanks everyone, although I was probably not 100% straight forward, I can’t begin to tell you how valuable it is just to listen for a couple of minutes. AW

I just wanted to leave a quick review for Wytes today as I came in for my check up today and had a really lovely experience! The girls (El and Emily) on reception were amazing! Very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to help me today as i arrived a little stressed and flustered! I saw Dr Price for my appointment. He made sure I understood my diagnoses and each of the treatment options. This allowed me to make the decision that was best for me. First off - when you walk in the reception is bright, modern and clean, staffed by very professional and polite receptionists - I've dealt with about four of the team so far and each are very helpful and understanding. My Dentist, Aled is really cool, not only am I on the spectrum but I have a phobia of dentists, doctors, hospitals etc making me a very awkward customer. Aled made me feel at ease with the whole situation - not only a good dentist but great people skills too. There was an issue with my dentures - they were shipped to the dentists faulty. Aled listened to my concerns and made extra time for my situation. Wytes rectified the denture issue in just days. The service, professionalism of the whole team and the experience of Wytes dentist is second to none. By far the best dentist I have ever had to visit Highly recommended And no, I'm not getting any preferential treatment for writing this !!

I had an appointment with Dr Mark George. He is so welcoming and kind. Always smiling. Brilliant experience at Wytes on 06/02/2021. Very friendly front desk staff and socially distanced waiting area. My dentist was Aled Price. Dr Price ensured the whole process ran really smoothly, took the time to explain all aspects of the appointment and my options for next steps ensuring I understood these in detail (something that is not always the case), and maintained a friendly and professional manner throughout the appointment. Will definitely be making Wytes my regular dental practice. Thanks!

Dr Lazan provided such an amazing service, she is such a lovely women, and very calm explaining the process and dealing with my matter. The receptionist ladies are also very friendly and also very responsive to any questions you have. For someone who has a phobia for dentist, felt very ease and is looking forward to the next visit! The environment is very clean and aesthetically pleasing which is a bonus!

I had 2 extractions done here and was very nervous before arriving for the appointment; however, the dentist had a calm, friendly manner and put me at ease immediately. The extraction was a bit tricky, but he gently used his skill and technique to get the job done swiftly, in a painless and stress-free manner. Well done!! My mother had a session with the hygienist (Soha Rashid) on 1/3/21 and she had an amazing experience. Soha diligently and patiently talked her through her dental hygiene procedures, was reassuring, comforting and calming throughout, and her delicate handling of the equipment was exemplary. Her personality really made the experience that much better. Super professional and she looks forward to returning for a 3-month follow-up! We would also like to thank and applaud our dentist, Dr Aled Price who has supported the family over the last few weeks. Super calming, supportive and such expert treatment. Really pleased we've joined Wytes and 100% recommend. The handling of treatment during the pandemic has also been excellent - really feel comfortable and safe during this difficult period.

Had my root canal done today and I was nervous about this dreaded procedure, Dentist Mark did a brilliant job on thoroughly explaining the procedure and setting my nerves at ease! He was efficient, reassuring and professional during this 2 hr session. The whole team was very mindful and helped me out a lot, it’s my second time being here in this short space of time and I’m impressed so far!

The receptionist was very friendly giving me the impression that this is a welcoming place. This impression soured whilst in the dentist room. The dentist was initially very friendly and lightent the mood - this helped me calmed to relax. Once the session started she proceeded to complain about how she has another difficult patient and her wrists are already in pain. I could accept that as it has been months since my last visit. However, I sat through 10 minutes of her complaining about her day with 'difficult people's myself included. I expressed my fears of the dentist and she said I should feel sorry for her as she is the one in pain. All in all, I sat through the complaining and the condescending advice throughout my season and quickly got out of there. I'm not one to write negative reviews but this really got to me. I've been put off by this experience - just my luck to catch a dentist on their bad day. I don't plan on going back.

The dentist was not only quick and efficient but also compassionate and kind. They were able to get the wisdom tooth out so quickly that I didn't even to the stage of panicking about the pain. Definitely coming here again and would definitely recommend.

I went to Wytes with a broken tooth, pain and lots of fear of the unknown, fuelled by this COVID lockdown. From my first step inside, I was greeted with a smile by nice, polite and caring receptionists. In two days my problem was fixed and my tooth was taken out! I was in awe of Dr Ladani from the get go - a true professionalist, oozing with experience that is calm, friendly and extremely caring. I can recommend this place wholeheartedly and want to thank Dr. Ladani for her patience and care!

Wytes dentist has been my point of call to look after and maintain a healthy mouth for a few years now. The last time I was seen was in March when the pandemic hit and all health and social care organizations had to put a halt to what care treatment they could provide. I needed a extraction done but due to the PPE needed to do this was not available. I was given antibiotics and had to manage with pain killers. I managed to get an appointment with wytes about a week ago since March. I must say that the Secretary's of wytes where polite and very helpful and give clear instructions on the new way of you being seen at their dental practice, so due to this my pain I had been coping with for 6 months was able to be addressed. The dentist that did my extraction was excellent. I did not feel a thing and felt so much better with m tooth been finally removed. I can now think clearly and eat more comfortable now. Thank you staff and the dentist that look after me and got rid of my ongoing discomfort for many months Your the best!!! Wytes is the place to go
