M. C.Really good service from the Avalon Care Dental Practice. Reception staff where polite & welcoming. Face masks & hand sanitizer available & the rooms where very clean! My appointment was with Nigel D’Souza & Michelle, who were in good spirits & gave me an ample amount of information & education in regards to my dental health. A great dental team & service, much appreciated!

I know personally many dentists, and have used many over my career so far, Monica has a exemplary bed side manner and her attention to details I have never seen before. She does not rush her work, and her after care shows what a caring person she is. Dr Andrea Morrison is so professional explains what she is doing and is a very nice Dr. Tracey and Sue have been at the practice years also. Wanted to say mega massive thank you to dentist and her assistant who helped me so much with pain and also for being so nice and welcoming. I had issue with my teeth for about two months. Because of covid everywhere is backlog and I couldn’t get appointment anywhere. I used to be privat patient at “Ocean Dental” in Manchester City centre. After I lost my job due to covid they refused to accept me as NHS patient and literally said to me I can come back again when I can pay. I found nearly impossible to fined dentist. After few 111 calls and after two months in pain I got appointment at AVALON CARE DENTAL PRACTICE.
The dentist and her assistant (sorry I don’t even know their names) where so extremely nice to me. It didn’t even feel like you at dentist. You would not ever put these two things together but it felt so cosy like home full of care and love. It felt as if I came to see not a dentist but beloved family members. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very modern, sterile, clean Dental Practice and yet so comfortable, warm, relaxed and cosy. I want to become a patient there now. Honestly I can’t wait to go back. One of the best Dental practices I ever been. THANK YOU for seeing me and accepting me when I needed it the most. I am sorry I don’t remember your names but if it helps it was room 4 on first floor. You are the best!!! I want to give you both a hug!
