Dr Dulca is a magician. World class dentistry, can't recommend enough. I am getting work done I was waiting for the right dentist to do, wouldn't let anyone else near my teeth. Repair work on cracked tooth has been spectacular, the precision on crowns is unparalleled, replacement fillings are superb.

I booked an appointment with Rebecca and was super happy with service she provided. I had been avoiding the dentist and my teeth needed some tlc! She got my teeth back to being healthy and did a great job on my white fillings :) would highly recommend!!

If you suffer from dental anxiety like me then I would highly recommend Ioana Dulce. By far the best dentist I have ever had, she is great at making sure you stay calm and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. I now always come out of my appointments asking myself "what was all the fuss about?" which was never the case with other dentists! Can't thank you enough Ioana!

As you are most likely reading this for the same reason i did before going to a dentist I need to say how lovely the staff are at BUPA dental care Manchester. The dentist (I believe called Ioana or Joanna) was a superstar, professional and delicate whilst also talking me through everything she was doing. The dental hygienist (Katherine i believe) that was in on a separate visit for a deep clean was exactly the same! professional and delicate and talked me through everything. As a person who was previously scared stiff by another dentist at a different provider (OASIS) it was lovely that they were able to make me feel comfortable. Will be using them whenever I have an oral issue! Thanks again

All staff very friendly and make you feel welcome. Dentists make you feel calm and reassured about the treatment you need, plus there are no hidden costs. Practice is very clean. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Super friendly, great service, great advice. Didn't try to upsell me into further unnecessary treatments (some dentist's try and force you to book a hygiene appointment or do super expensive 3D scan stuff). Really impressed and they genuinely cares and gave objective advice for my oral health. Don't know why the reviews are so average to be honest, one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dentist!

I visited this practice a few times over the last few months and seen both Ioana and Lindsay. i was quite nervous going into a new dental practice but the girls on reception put me at ease straight away with their friendly and welcoming manner. Ioana is a great dentist for nervous patients. she is patient and listens to any concerns. Lindsay my hygienist provided great tips on how to care for my teeth and gums in between visits and advised me on the best products to buy.

Excellent staff, Dr Bristow is very good, explained all my options. Sara and Tasha his nurses went above and beyond to help me with my phobia of the dentist. At Bupa St Anns the staff here are friendly yet professional. I have always walked out literally smiling afterwards because the standard of care is so good that it makes, what can sometimes initially be a long overdue check-up you might have put off and therefore not look forward to, to an overall pleasant experience. I would recommend seeing Lindsay Allen - she is an excellent hygienist!

My dentist, Andy Bristow, did an excellent job - in making me feel comfortable, consult on the work needed to be done and the end result was amazing - with my teeth now looking and feeling brilliant. Aoife Scannell is a fantastic dentist - very thorough, gives great advice and has a calm and friendly manner. I would (and have!) strongly recommend this practice to others.

I was in then pratice last week when they had an emergency situation and the professionalism of the staff there was outstanding. They were calm and knew exactly what to do. A Reason to Smile Soooooo where do I start ...let me set the scene for you. Like most people I had a absolute dread of Dentists .. compounded by a haroing experience with another Dentist 4 years ago. 4 years ago a dentist stole both my physical smile and my confidence by literally butchering my teeth . ..I'm a middle aged customer facing manager so my smile was literally my trademark that I was known for so you can imagine my mental pain as well as my dental pain when this happened. As a result I couldn't visit a Dentist without a anxiety attack so my teeth deteriorated even more . Role forward 4 years I had infected gums a abscess and crumbling stumps of teeth when I plucked up the courage to visit st Anne square bupa dental centre. This practice is great. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Im such a wuss so when I was greeted at the reception by a professional but extremely pleasant reception team I could start to relax . They managed to get me in the very next day to see a my Dentist Sarah. Well... one surprise after another Sarah guided me through my options... at every point listening to my concerns for my old teeth and my dreams for new ones ... no pressure applied at all I left with 2 things on my first visit a detailed treatment plan but more importantly HOPE that I would again be able to smile. Forward 6 weeks , around 8/9 visits and work taken out on every tooth and space in my mouth I once again have my smile back. I know that this has been a long review to read but I wanted people to see just how amazing these guys are and what a absolutely massive impact this has had on me.. I'm emotional just writing this. But want to let others that are going through the same know that you can TRUST this team. I'm really really going to miss my visits to the team and Sarah.... Compare that and my smile to just 6 weeks ago .😬 Thank you really doesn't cover it. Dentists generally look after your smile.. Sarah actually gave me back my smile inside and out 🙏 I now have... A reason to smile.

They were very friendly and shocked at the bad reviews as there's a dental practice next door with a similar name and the people who have reviewed this practice aren't patients. So a bit of a mix up there, glad i gave them a chance as i was desperate. Negative: You have to pay half of your next appointment fees up front Costly Pros: Prices seem negotiable to some extent The hygienist cancelled on me and when she was available i got my appointment for half price

I changed to this dentist on recommendation (after having quite a nightmare at my previous one, endless waiting for appointments, constant mis-communication etc). Anyway, it was like a breath of fresh air attending this practice. It was clean, bright and airy, staff were friendly and very efficient. Needless to say I will be going back!

I'm a *very* nervous patient when it comes to dentistry, but I've become a loyal customer and even started to get treatment before things get so bad that I have to have treatment. I've had four private cavity fillings and several NHS checkups. There's no pressure, their prices are very good for private work and a lot of care in what they do.

Definitely not wheelchair accessible. There is a tiny lift that is not big enough to accommodate a standard wheelchair and there are multiple steep steps to navigate.
