The place is very unloved. Needs some tlc.
I can’t comment on Circle Dental because they didn’t and don’t cover the emergency dental line patients. I only just found this out but had written a while back a great review on them unknowing it was the wrong dentist.
The emergency dentist rent a room in the building and are called
SMDEC.
The staff and dentists have always been so nice and I have always been extremely grateful to them.
If the owners cleaned it up a little it would be 5stars.
Parking isn’t great as the shops have many people come and go. There is a car park around the back but wouldn’t recommend if it was in the night time when dark.

D.Needed to feedback that following an unpleasant reaction to the anesthetic and a extremely painful tooth during my first appointment, Amit has been super patient with my subsequent anxiety around treatment since. He's been really helpful and understanding and it's meant I've actually got through two further appointments without fainting! Bonus! Fillings look great, thanks for your patience with me! Receptionist is also super friendly and helpful too. Altogether a great practice 👍

The level of service from everyone involved has been exemplary.
The receptionists, nurses and dentists have all greeted and treated me with smiles.
I had a couple of deteriorating issues with my teeth they have helped to resolve. Giving excellent treatments in-house but offering considered advice for me to apply at home also. A huge thank to you all.
F. D.I rang the emergency dental line around 8:30 and was given the circle dental for the same day at 11:30. Was very nervous and in a lot of pain. From the minute I walked in I was treated with care and dignity. The dentist I received was excellent he made me feel at ease and was dedicated to my care and made sure he removed my tooth without causing me any pain. Would highly recommend him. Thank you.

M. K.I attended this Dental practice around 14-16 months ago now. I was in extreme pain, but my teeth 🦷 was not the problem. I was in an emotional state with my child in pram. Not sure if you will ever remember me? I was crying my eyes out at one point just looking for answers to my problems. My GP was not taking any notice of my complaint in anyway.
On this day I came to your selfs, I was in a serious way mentally and physically and it’s taken me the best part of 3 years to get close to answers. Not there just yet. But thank you so much for your referrals and help on this day. It’s always stuck with me, the compassion you shown me was next to nothing.
I will one day come and thank your personally and you will understand that I was in fact very I’ll, and you was one out of hundreds of dr’s who tried the best to help me on this day.

L. G.I have been referred here twice from the emergency dentist and both times I was treated so nice. First time i came to have a wisdom tooth removed because half was stuck under the gum, the lady who abstracted my tooth was very professional and polite and made me feel very welcome. My tooth was removed pain free.
My second time was this morning, my tooth had cracked in half and got infected. The dental nurse who seen me today was also very welcoming, polite and professional. She made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves, she numbed me up and removed the tooth. Pain free and very professional, I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Great place, friendly and welcoming staff.
R. F.Got referred to the emergency line here after being messed around by a different unprofessional dentist and left this one VERY satisfied. I was left with no option but to get a tooth extracted at the emergency band cost of £23.80, which is amazing compared to private prices. All the staff were very friendly& supportive. The actual dentist I saw was a lovely man who was very informative and made sure I was comfortable& not in pain, he understood that i’m anxious about dentists but he has restored my faith in them!
He said he’s worked for the NHS for years and wouldn’t go private even if he’d get more pay, as he knows not everyone can afford private costs.. me and my mum were so touched by his mindset. The assistant was very reassuring and sweet too and the practice overall is very modern and clean. If you’re reading reviews because you have an emergency appointment here just know you are in very safe hands! I’m healing fast and will be out of pain now. Thank you:)
