Have been using this dental practice for many years. Dr. Saleem and other members of staff have always treated me with the utmost care and provided a very professional service, ranging from simple fillings to complex root canal therapy. Dr Hussain and his nurse Amy are the best! They both are amazing they always makes me feel very comfortable when I come and are very welcoming. Dr Hussain’s dental work is 5*, i can tell he genuinely cares about his work and is a perfectionist. Nurse Amy is very experienced and knows exactly what’s she’s doing which is very reassuring.. really great team together thank you both so much x

Dr Saleem and his nurse Amy were absolutely fantastic. I have been coming to this practice for many years and the service has been absolutely fantastic. Always feel welcomed and looked after. During Covid the practice manager Waqar and debbie really looked after me and managed to book me in. I am not local to this practice but I always travel to come and see Dr Saleem and his fantastic staff who are a credit to the practice.

Dr Hasan always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and provide me the best treatment at the most affordable price. Recently the surgery has had an overhaul, love the new look and feel of the practice! Lights, music and ambience is like I'm in an expensive private clinic! Thank you all! :)

You only get 3 stars, but you could have been given less! I was a patient here more than a few years ago.. I was only treated by Dr. Saleem and (at one time) the hygienist before moving on elsewhere. In regards to the reception (all women) staff: only 2 of them were any good.. The other's would either ignore me like I was invisible and/or or talk to me in a very rude tone as if they were going through some sort of depression/having an episode of bipolar or something... There were also many-a-times when I had to wait (at the reception desk) for over 5 minutes for someone to even attend to me, even though there were reception staff clearly free (day-dreaming) at their desks..This got to be the most disgraceful reception service I ever experienced in my life! The maximum time I waited to be seen by the dentist was 30 minutes.. In review of the dental treatment: The hygienist (can't remember her name) could have token longer to cleanse my teeth and should have been much more careful: the treatment could have been less painful and bloody for me when she gave me a scale and polish... As for Dr. Saleem, he is one of the most calm, friendly, and reassuring dentists I have ever come across.. It's just a shame (back then) his staff really really let the side down... However, things may have changed for the better now, seeing as the practice has changed to Nova Dental. Hence why it wouldn't be fair to give you 1 or 2 stars instead.

I've been a patient for at least 5 years, the receptionists are a bit "iffy". My dentist is Dr Hassan who is perfectly good. Dr Saleem, the owner of the practice, is, according to the rest of the reviews, excellent. Dr Khalid is the third dentist in the practice. His work does not come much under review although he seems OK. Overall, I'm happy to stay at the practice...
