Very friendly and helpful staff. My only disappointment is I am near the end of my aligners journey ans i got booked in for an appointment for a clean and polish and thoughr since the dentist told me i needed it before my retainers it was part of my package. I got told today I have to pay for it after getting it done which was not mentioned at all if I knew i wouldn't have got it done as I've paid so much towards my aligners. Was really disappointed by this as I feel i shouldn't have gotten charged for something which they booked for me without telling me I need to pay extra for it?

I have been a patient at Inglewood House for over 15+ years they are a superb dental practice and Roshni my dentist is so lovely, patient and caring. I have never had any reason to complain about any of my treatment there and would not go to any other dentist, I actually enjoy going to my dental appointments. 11th November, attended my last appointment for my treatment plan with Roshni my lovely dentist and lovely dental nurses. See you all in a few months for my check up. The only drawback is waiting outside to be seen, now winter is almost here is there any chance a shelter/canopy could erected to protect from rain/cold wind? Just attended my follow-up appt (10th March 2022) with Roshni and girls, as usual great treatment, Roshni is so patient and explains all treatment. Love coming to see my dentist always a pleasure to see Roshni and girls 💖 ❤ Attended my follow-up appointment 21 March Roshni is a lovely, caring dentist, and am really happy with all my treatment see you on the 31st March 🥰

I can not rate or reccomend this practice highly enough. The care, profesionalism and service Caroline goes to, to give her patients is beyond! As a nervous patient who went through dental trauma and phobia at a different practice as a child. Caroline has worked her magic I am now totally at ease and dont get nervous in the slightest. With covid at the moment the staff are patient and really compliant. The only drawback I would say is the waiting outside the practice if appointments are running late or whatever. I look forward to the days when the waiting room will be open again.
