The reception team are always welcoming and professional at each visit. Only been to see Matthew, my dentist, a couple of times now as my previous dentist had left. Very happy with the treatment I have had so far. He is very friendly, calming and explains everything really well. Happy to answer questions and advise well for future treatments. Really good. I got an appointment next day for a check up after my filling had fallen out. I then was able to get another appointment after the initial check up for the same day to get my filling sorted. Sam, my dentist, was really personable and took the time explain everything thoroughly. The ladies on reception were really great too.

I have always suffered from dental phobia; allowing myself to let my teeth get into a bad way. I was incredibly anxious in the days leading up to my appointment, thinking that I was going to get judged over my teeth. I explained this when I got there and was instantly reassured by my dentist and the dental nurse. I ended up having a lot of treatment done, meaning a fair few trips to the dentist. Each time I experienced perfect customer service (the receptionists were always so welcoming) and I never had issues booking appointments/waiting. Thanks to my experience at MyDentist, I can happily say that my dental phobia is far behind me! I am beyond happy with my new, healthy looking teeth and I can't thank my dentist enough. Shout out to Sanjay, for his great work and giving me my confidence back :)

I just want to say the staff and team here are just amazing. I have a real fear of the dentist and if anyone is scared just like me and putting off being seen too, don't. Your in safe hands with these. Firstly the receptionists are the most kind and caring people and make you feel right at ease as soon as you walk in. Good experience from start to finish. Started with the friendly reception staff after I couldn't find an NHS dentist anywhere - they got me booked in quickly at a convenient time. I had an initial assessment for a reasonable price and agreed the treatment plan with Sanjay - who is very friendly and efficient. He and his team then performed a difficult filling replacement and arranged a referral back to the NHS for a wisdom tooth extraction. I'll be returning after this for regular check ups. All treatment was performed at a good price - no complaints from me at all!

When I have been anxious about aprocedure I have been reassured and whatever is been done it is thoroughly explained step by step and this makes me relaxed and at total ease. I've been with the practice since they were in the old premises and I've been happy with each dentist I've seen over the years. I have very sensitive teeth and feel listened to when I discuss my concerns. I don't feel pressured to go private and generally get seen reasonably quickly on the day. It can take a while to get an appointment initially which is the only downside. I've recommended to friends and family as I think it is worth the commute into the city for a good dentist.

Really great dentist all the reception girls are lovley and very helpful and friendly, kyle is my dentist and i cant recommend him enough he has been great with me and i am the worst patient to have due to my anxiety he is very calm and takes hes time and listens to you, ruth the hygienist is great!! All my teeth are lovley and stain free she has done a great job!!! I definitely recommend this practice they have been brilliant with me thank you 😊 (i joined only in april and managed to get everything i needed sorted)

Great dentist - every dentist and hygienist I have seen there is so friendly and really thorough with giving advice which I really appreciate. I feel like my teeth are in great hands. However the older lady who works on reception is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting - unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My Dentist, Stevenson square, manchester.i have a dentist here for many years.i have had both NHS, and some private dentistry here .my Dentist Kostas is a super sensitive dentist, fantastic with me a nervous patient.very professional and courteous,explains everything about treatment and able to put me at ease All reception staff are really lovely, very welcoming, and helpful..I find all the Dentist's treatments first class they also have specialised treatment's available.i just couldn't get better dentistry.i am very lucky.

Was very nervous after not going for many years and having some past bad experiences elsewhere. But these guys are just amazing, experts at making you feel comfortable and brilliant at going through it all with you. They give off a strong caring atmosphere. Playing calm music and asking about your home life and health. I had to have 4 fillings but all were done within 45 min for about £50 and it was just brilliant. I will be much more comfortable with going to the dentist from now on.

Went to see vera as a recommendation from a friend who had recently had work done by her. I orginally wanted composite bonding however she told me it really wasnt suitable due to my bite. I did think this as i had an under bite that caused my bottom teeth on the right to be over my top teeth. She recommended i opted for 3 months of clear correct aligners to change my bite and straighten my teeth and then have composite bonding. Ive just finished my treatment with her and i am absolutely thrilled at the results. Not only has my bite completely change and my teeth are straight but the composite bonding was the icing on the cake. I love my new smile and i get lots of compliments. I would recommend vera and clear correct aligners 100%. She was great and explained everything without confusion and was always at the end of the phone if i needed anything. Thank you vera xxx

I have been so impressed with the care and skill of the dentist and dental nurses of my two visits so far. I was incredibly nervous on both occasions after not visiting a dentist in years/ not having any treatment before, however I would like to pass on my thanks to Matt and the dental nurses who have been very patient and looked after me so well. Absolutely amazing customer service, I am always feeling light and jolly once I leave there. The building is beautiful and warm and everyone is so friendly! They offer good advice on how to maintain a healthy smile and it really is a nice atmosphere. They are still strict however on cancellations etc but that is understandable! Only issues I would say is that they don't send reminders every 6 months to remind us to book appointments and they also are limited the care they can give regarding more extreme dental cases which is understandable considering they are a public health service and may be under strain. And also waiting times can be a bit hefty and long but they have a telly and a water machine in the comfy waiting area so it makes things a little better. But apart from that they are by far the best dentist I have come across so far in Manchester!

I was never a fan of going to the dentist, not sure many of us are, but after years of difficult dental experiences I am so relieved to have found a great nhs dentist. The surgery itself is very nice, modern and stylish etc but the winner for me is Kostas a most fantastic dentist, calming, confident and caring and this has allowed me to relax with the experience knowing I’m in safe, competent and totally skilled hands. I've had a few problems with trusting dentists over the years and was told at the beginning of 2020 I would need an implant (at only age 25) so had a temp filling put in while I mulled over what to do. I saw the implant specialist and he advised me that the tooth could probably be saved. I went to see Kyle today and I could not recommend him more. He made me feel so comfortable, knew I wasn't a big fan of needles or the process, he kept me so calm, letting me know how long was left, explaining the process, checking I was okay, and did a really good job. Only problem is reception and booking is bit a of a mess. Charging incorrectly and having to return to make payments.

My experience here has only been excellent. Having always been a nervous dentist goer, since meeting Vera that's all changed. I'm even electing to go to change old grey fillings to white. The price is high but I suppose it's reflected in the high standards, excellent quality and professional service received. Vera is so gentle, having a filling is like a meditation session. I can't praise these guys enough. Specifically my dentist Dr Hunt and his assistant - he took all the time in the world to accommodate my nerves and after having my front teeth cavities filled I have no pain after or during - it has made me feel OK about the dentist again. {my}dentist 5 STARS - The Best Dentists Ever! I have done Cosmetical Dentistry with them in Manchester. When I walked in I was welcomed by the friendly Receptionists. I have been booked with an excellent Dentist who explained to me all the procedures of my Cosmetical Dentistry and the final result that I can achieve. I had an internal and external whitening and also most of my old fillings have been replaced with new ones to get a better final result. My teeth look amazing, I got more than I even expected! I recommend {my}dentist to everyone. Coordinator Treatment, the Dentists, Nurses and Receptionists are very professional and warm. One of Manchester's hidden gems. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seated. And seated I was - this restaurant has to have one of the most luxurious chairs anywhere in the city. Tap water is free but I highly recommend sampling the house tipple. I'm not sure of the name but it was a bright shade of green and had a lovely initial tingle with pleasant minty aftertaste. Napkins are provided and applied by the staff personally, which is an example of excellent service. My only criticism would be that main course was rather lacking in substance. It mainly consisted of more mint so I think they could benefit from diversifying their selection a bit. With this level of service I could hardly complain however. I don't want to spoil the surprise but they have a rather innovative solution to the single pathetic toothpick usually given to you by restaurants. 5* would eat here again.

Haven't been to the dentist in a long long time,probably more than 5,6 years. Decided to go and yesterday finally got rid of a couple of bad boys. Completly terrified and anxiously waiting for a painful operation....or at least that's what I thought. You pop in,all staff very friendly and polite. Next bonus would be the opportunity to choose your type of music whilst on the "torture chair". I was promised it wouldn't hurt and to my surprise it didn't. Would reccomend it to anyone.

Love my dentist. The only downfall is the Appointment is ridiculous. I had fillings but then a week later I started to get toothache I was warned about this but the dentist tried to save my back tooth. Anyway a a week with toothache and can get an appointment for whole month.

Excellent NHS treatment, with the option of going private for anything not available on the NHS but no pressure to do so. Only issue I've ever had is that it can be several days for an urgent appointment, although the staff will always try to fit in an emergency by the next day and call back if any appointments open up during the day.
