I registered as a new patient at Rapport about six months ago. So far, I've attended one appointment with the hygienist and two with the dentist (the second for an unscheduled issue the dentist was able to check the morning after I called the practice). I've been impressed by how thorough, professional, informative, and re-assuring they are. Page, the receptionist, is very friendly and efficient. The practice is clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Form filling is a doddle if you are online. Hard to miss an appointment with email and text reminders sent well ahead of time.

I was a nervous wreck when it came to dentists and I have had a lot of work done in my past too, but never really felt confident/safe or happy with one particular person, until I came here. Not only are they professional and a very clean practise, but they are amazing on many levels including customer satisfaction too. They make you feel reassured with any work carried out, more so, which is quite complex and will let you know what is involved too etc. I have seen Monica a few times and cant recommend enough including the practise itself. She is very professional and gentle (more so if you are nervous) comes up with suggestions to help you relax, which has been spot on and I feel, since seeing her, I am now confident I will be able to get anything done going forward.

I don't think you will find a better dentist than this. From the minute you arrive you are put at your ease by a very lovely and professional team. No issues with getting appointments, which are always on time too. I have just completed a 15th month invisalign treatment, I could not be happier with my results, they really do go above and beyond. First visit today after being highly recommended by a family member. Friendly, professional, relaxed staff. Pain and discomfort free filling... a first for me. Given all the information I needed during my appt, questions answered in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. I had the saga of having my wisdom teeth removed at age 27 after so many dental issues. Rapport Dentistry were fab during the whole process. As my teeth were already very developed, I needed a CT scan to check the proximity to the nerves and they talked me through everything. Don't usually do reviews but felt I must. First visit to this dental practice , I had a broken tooth, on my sons 21st birthday celebrations 🥺, spoke to Page who was extremely helpful and I was given an appointment same day with Matthew. I am an extremely nervous (more like terrified) patient, usually shaking, crying and have fainted on occasion, have always had to have someone with me. But this appointment....was an absolute first for me, felt at ease from the minute I entered their lovely reception, very easy form to fill out, then met the lovely Matthew and his dental assistant. From the minute I entered his room he put me at ease, friendly, approachable, relaxed, was happy to have a chat with me first before I even went near the dreaded chair, which helped me massively. Even when I got in the chair I felt reasonably relaxed (very unusual) he spoke to me the whole time letting me know what he was doing. I just from one visit can highly recommend this dental practice, (especially if you are extremely nervous) I already know I have found my forever home for all things dental now, and look forward to getting to know the whole team over the years to come. He was so right about this practice. From the minute I walked through the door to the minute I walked out the experience was no less than a delight. I have never had a good experience with a British dentist, and I have tried many. I rather wait and get treatment overseas. I have always felt embarrassed of my teeth and my overbite. Booked an appointment and set out a plan to regain my smile and my confidence (all on a tight deadline before a big family wedding) THEY WERE AMAZING!! Richard is so friendly and professional. I have been a nervous patient previously and always required sedation but Richard and Julie worked hard to help me overcome this fear and have the work carried out with no sedation. My first visit to Rapport Dentistry at Woughton on the Green today which has not been opened that long. i was really impressed with the treatment i received,. Apart from the building being so modern Richard the dentist and Julie his receptionist and dental nurse was so friendly and welcoming. He spent time showing me my x-rays, and advice on what treatment i need to have done. I also had an extraction done today and was amazed when he told me that the tooth was out. i never felt a thing. I went to see Richard recently for help and guidance re my two old front veneers. I wasn't sure what to expect and was naturally nervous about having work done to the central focus of my smile. My veneers had moved over time and they weren't very thin, they looked bulky and out of shape compared to the rest of my teeth. Keeping my lips closed when I smiled for the camera had become the norm. When I went to see Richard I was completely blown away by the experience. It felt as if the practice was only open for me each time I went for treatment. Julie would meet me at the door with a welcoming smile and Richard would give me as much time as I needed. He never rushed or clock watched and took as long as we needed to ensure I got the end result that I wanted. I had to see Richard a few times for treatment to get my new teeth and each time was as good as the last. I wish I could upload my before and after pics on here to show you how wonderful his work is. I can not recommend Rapport Dentistry highly enough - not only did Richard give me the smile I've always wanted but he also gave me my confidence back. I will continue to visit Rapport even though I moved to Cambridge mid treatment. My days of keeping my mouth closed when I smile are over and I show my wonderful teeth off as often as I can. I first tried Rapport some 9 months or so ago having recently moved to MK. I found the staff there to be very friendly and competent. A few months later I needed an emergency appointment and they where able to accommodate my needs and saved what would have been a holiday in discomfort land. Julie is an adorably pleasant kind and always has a smile waiting. Linda, my hygienist, has been sent from heaven and trust me when I say I had a poor opinion of that skill before meeting her for the first time. That then leaves Richard... Well as dentists go I have to admit he's someone I feel confident with and that's a first for me (even if I do tend to forget his advice from time to time, well Xmas is Xmas eh??) I have met other staff but I can't recall their names, all are thoroughly pleasant. 5 Stars says I 'loved it' apparently. Well, that's going a bit far . I mean it is a dentists at the end of the day and no, of course I don't look forward to my next visit! However, that said, I wanted to leave this review to what I believe is a good team and one that's most definitely worth 5 stars.

I had severe tooth ache recently and needed to see a dentist after the weekend. I called Rapport for an appointment and got one that day. Within 30 minutes of arriving I had been seen by Dentist Fernando and the necessary treatment completed. Pain gone! Brilliant experience at Rapport Dentistry today. I had a root canal treatment that I was very anxious about. However Dr Adnan Chowdry and Dental Nurse Alex were so kind, caring and calm, they completely allayed my fears. He and Jemma (his hygienist) have sorted this out and now I’m going to have some cosmetic work done to make my teeth look better. Due to past horrific experiences at dentists I had a paranoid fear of dentists Mr Shaw was recommended to me and I went for a consultation. My teeth where an embarassment but I wasn't judged, it was decided I needed six teeth out and partial dentures plus hygienist treatment. This was completed over three weeks. This has made a considerable difference to my appearance and brought compliments from family and friends alike. After leaving it too late to grab an NHS place in the Brooklands / Broughton area of MK, I got in touch with Rapport after a veneer fell off leaving me looking like I'd been on the losing end of a fight. Within a couple of hours I was having an initial assessment with X-Rays and the veneer was added back in in the same session and to a much higher standard than I'd previously had done. The work was a fraction of the price I thought it would be. The team there are great - a friendly welcome by name when you get there and lots of parking outside.
