Was recommended by a friend, and they have been brilliant. Everyone at reception so friendly and helpful, Alex who I saw initially was lovely and made me feel at ease, and especially Gemini and Mo who did an extraction whilst grappling with my fear of dentists and a nasty infection. One of the best dental experiences that I have ever had. Polite and attentive receptionist, as well as first class treatment. I have a phobia about dentists, but I had to have a tooth removed and it was pain free. The dentist and her assistant were first class and really attentive. They made sure that I was comfortable and were patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend Two Mile Ash dentistry and they will be my go to when I need dental care again.

We are relatively new to this practice, but our experience with two different dentists has been outstanding. My older son needed to see a dentist on an emergency basis, at short notice. Not only did they fit us in on a Saturday afternoon in August, the whole team went above and beyond. Anita on the front desk is possibly the most smiley person I’ve ever met! Although no one ever looks forward to having a tooth removed, I do have to portray how excellent Gemini was, she offered such a calm and extremely friendly presence. The dentist, Kapil, and dental nurse were both excellent. I was nervous about the procedure but they made me feel comfortable, explaining everything that was happening and carrying out the procedure quickly so I was not in too much discomfort. While it's never that fun going to the dentist I would say this was as good an experience as possible! Reception team are also very friendly and it is very quick and easy to get appointments which fit around your schedule.

I had chronic toothache throughout the whole lockdown process, and I'm very grateful that they got me into the surgery as soon as they possibly could (due to the government regulations). Once in, I was treated courteously and completely within the social distancing guidelines with my procedure being performed very quickly with great skill. I am not a big fan of dentists, no detriment to them they do great work, but I normally wait for sedation as I’m a nervous patient… I managed to have a tooth rebuilt with no problems and the dentist was very patient and considerate of my nervous disposition and the work was very good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and coping well with the restrictions placed upon them by the pandemic. I have been with TMA Dental Practice for over 30 years and am now getting used to the many changes in the last year which included four different dentists. I hope it has now settled down. My only concern now is that, as I get older, I will not be able to manage the stairs. I understand that the building is probably not adaptable to a lift or a stair lift so I may need to change in the future. I could not recommend this practice to elderly people for that reason.

Recently I had a wisdom tooth extracted. Throughout the process from diagnosis to the actual extraction the Two Mile Ash team were supportive all actions were clearly explained. On the day of the extraction the procedure was performed sensitively and most importantly virtually pain free - it’s fair to say it was uncomfortable rather than painful. I’ve never been a good dental patient, so when I first received treatment from Dr Yassin I knew I would keep going back to him. He is so calm and talked me through everything as he was doing it, which really helped put me at ease. Might have been a coincidence but the surgery was able to fit me in for an appointment in less than an hour. I needed an x-ray which was done in the room and the image was available almost immediately. As expected not great news for me but the service was excellent.

Considering that I have been paying a monthly fee for my dental care, for several years, and for the past year, I have not been able to use your services, I feel the additional fee of £4.90 for PPE for a 5 minute check-up, and 20 minute hygienist appointment is profiteering. For the price of £9.80, I would have been able to purchase multiple face masks, which is all the staff at Two Mile Ash were wearing. I understand that we must all be aware of the risks, including the staff at TM Ash, however, taking advantage of loyal customers is not acceptable.

Jelena and her assistant Alana have been fantastic - after a very disappointing start because I was getting rather disgruntled with the practice because my appointments were being cancelled due to holidays or sickness by the previous dentist Michael, I was seriously thinking of changing my dentist. After losing a front crown, which was irreplaceable, I decided to have an implant. I was informed about the whole procedure from start to finish and looked after very kindly and expertly by Gemini throughout. The treatment involved just one surgical procedure, which wasn't painful, just required good hygiene care afterwards. The whole process can take a while, but definitely worth the wait, and much more comfortable than the alternative of a plate. My wife and I have been patients of David Sawyer at TMA since we moved to Milton Keynes in September 1985 and became accustomed to a high quality of professionalism, efficiency and care. They have always treated as people, not numbers on a profit and loss account. After we moved to Towcester in August 2016, David announced his decision to retire and we thought that presented the ideal opportunity to move to a Towcester practice. After several weeks of rank incompetence at one practice here and attempted highway robbery by another, we decided to go back to TMA and I am delighted to say that they have welcomed us with open arms. I just didn't realise how good TMA is in absolute terms as for over three decades it was our norm with nothing to benchmark against. Benchmarking has been done, and TMA comes out on top.
