It's very difficult to find a new dentist especially when you don't even know the place or the people so well. That's another reason I'm writing this review - to help people gain some insights about their potential experience in this dentistry. Thankfully Dr. Naru, his assistants and the receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. The space is very welcoming, clean and tidy. I like seeing hints of it's history, too, on the walls. For people with children, there is also a space in the waiting room with an educational toy. During my treatment (composite fillings), Dr. Naru was keeping me informed of excactly what was happening and the status of the treatment. There was also a calming music in the backgroung which I personally find very calming. I believe the treatment went well. I'm very satisfied so far!

Easy to get convenient appointment times, giving confidence if emergency treatment required. Staff are all friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, in a positive way. Appointments are not rushed, allowing time for symptoms to be discussed and treatments and their costs to be discussed in detail.

I've had my first visit to Aesdent this week, on entering the building it did not feel like I was setting foot into a dental practice, it felt like going into a house, the decor is beautiful, homely & very tasteful, the girls on the desk were friendly & welcoming. Excellent all round with great treatment and good advice - but I'm always going to say that because I've been with them for 30 years with no plans to change. Dental treatment is only occasionally necessary because the ongoing hygiene advice and treatments are so good.

The proximity to Newcastle city centre is great, as are the permits available to those who need them- we were able to park outside. The practice is clean, warm and inviting. Jamie's attention to detail, sets him apart from others, as he truly gives 100%. I wish I had known Mr. Robson a few years ago, surely he would have helped me to overcome my fear of dentists and saved some of my teeth which I lost due to my own fault of fear and poor dental care. Mr. Robson and his team are second to none rest assure, he did a root canal and I did not feel a thing. The most gentle dentist with the most steady hands! (Wish my hands were as steady) Mr.Robson will knows the joke on this last line.
