Best dentist I ever had in the UK. Very lovely and friendly staff. The dentist himself was very charming and made me feel right at home and comfortable during a very long procedure. They are open until late which helps people who work from 9 to 6. If I'd move back I would definitely go there again! 10/10 recommend!

I have been attending this dental practice for about 3 years. I moved from a previous practice in Jesmond after loosing confidence in the treatment they were providing. I have always found this practice warm, friendly and welcoming. The reception staff are very friendly as are the dentists. I have absolutely no complaints about any of the treatment I have received from this practice. I’m looking forward to getting back to see the hygienist regularly once covid is over!

Doctor Chum and all the staff are very friendly and thorough, I had a root canal of which was not my first time the last time it went wrong. Doctor Chum explained everything in detail and even though the appointment ran late into their personal time they didn't rush and were very professional at all times. I won't go anywhere else now (Unless Doctor Chum leaves that is lol).

I went yesterday (terrified of the dentist) always have been and now in my late 60's. I was met by very friendly receptionists and very quickly sent upstairs for my appointment. Bebo was my dentist, he explained everything fully, and then even managed to persuade me to have the work done without an injection. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Great from entering the building to leaving. Thank You

Went for a check up and then for a filling and a cleaning (scale). Dr Dickson is definately the best dentist I have ever had,having lived in 3 different countries Reassuring, explains to you everything about the state of your teeth and the treatment plan and he is really interested and concerned about the patients oral health.

Very professional and everyone seems to work together well. My previous dentist couldn't fit me in for an emergency appointment for atleast a week. I called the Dental Care Clinic and within a week I've had 2 appointments and also seen the hygienist. I never felt rushed and they all made the unnerving visit of a dental appointment a very relaxed experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my braces fitted in July of Dr.Chohan after my normal dentist Bebo referred me to him, i'm very pleased with the results already and they are'nt even off yet! he has been very professional and explained my treatment thoroughly so i understood everything that was happening. Such a lovely caring practice Would highly recommend.

I recently joined The Dental Care Clinic after moving house. Everything about this practice is professional and staff and dental team work together keeping you informed. It's a mixture of NHS and private so good pay plan in place if you feel additional work needed. They take new clients who may want to register.
