I cannot recommend this surgery enough! It was my first experience outside of the NHS and there is no comparison. All of the staff at Gosforth Dental Surgery are welcoming, friendly, and extremely good at their jobs. Any anxious minds will immediately be put at ease. Initially, I was concerned about the price of using a private surgery, but the experience and most importantly the results far outweigh the minimal added cost. Nicola is a fantastic dentist!

Having not been to the dentist in (quite a few) years, I was really concerned I'd be sent on my way as soon as I walked in but that was far from my experience. From registering on the phone to coming into the practice, I've been very impressed with how professional, friendly and understanding the staff and dentists are. You can never forget your appointment you are sent confirmation, reminders and a courtesy call which is also really helpful. Worth the 5 stars for sure!

I broke my tooth and needed treatment urgently, after trying for 3 days different dentist’s even NHS 111 Nothing, I contacted Gosforth dentist they where fantastic they got me an emergency appointment within a day and I had my appointment at 9am today! I was in seen and treated to a fantastic pain free service from a brilliant dentist Hisham, he was brilliant explaining what my choices were and then had me pain free and on my way in no time, I can honestly say I would not use another dentist now and I can not recommend them enough brilliant service from the girls on the front desk to the dentist brilliant, thank you gosforth dentist for all your help

Since I was at the point where a vet with a rasp for a horse or a builder with a good tool kit would have been a welcome sight, it could be suspected that I would be inclined to be easily pleased, but this emergency appointment was first rate in every way. They are indeed the BEST in the business. They are extraordinarily professional and have flawless technical skills but what is even more important is that they help you lose the nerves, make you feel calm and comfortable. Found the practice on the internet, booked my first appointment hoping for the best and I actually found a great service - both the dental hygienist and the dentist (had to do a decay filling) did a very thorough job and everyone has been extremely nice. Also, they have equipment such as a dental microscope, which is not available at all dental surgeries, and meant they were able to save two of my teeth from extraction.

Well what can I say. I had been suffering with anxiety about my teeth and thought there was no hope with my teeth having visited the NHS 4 times and treated poorly. So I decided enough was enough and chose Gosforth Dental surgery through being highly recommend from a friend who received implants. From the moment I spoke to the lovely lady Kat on the phone and then made to feel so welcome at the reception area. Then the Dentst Hisham was more than I could wish for. He had time for me to put me at ease. Devise a plan and made me feel good about myself again. Even spent time to draw a diagram from the x Ray's and explained about every single tooth and my options. Ultimately the choice is with yourself no pressure or snap decisions like I was given with the NHS. So excited now to continue with the devised plan.
