Samantha and jess, probably the best dentist I've ever experienced and had. They both are very friendly, gentle and professional. I actually look forward to seeing them, which is a first for a dentist. Jess is very like Samantha full of life, which is refreshing, considering society today is far from that and miserable. Very pleased!

I had a really positive experience at this dental practice. Maya (I believe this was the ladies name) was super helpful, welcoming and informative. I hadn't been to a dental surgery for many years so wasnt too sure what to expect especially given the current situation regarding Covid but it was so easy and I was thrilled with the end results :). My appointment was at 08am and I was out by 08:30! My only negative comment would be the process of booking my appointment. I had been trying since approx may 2020 and after calling every few months, I was only offered a private appointment once. I know this is something not everyone will want to do but all options should be explained when calling. Thanks again.

I can't recommend my Dentist Kerry Bargelli enough. I have always been so nervous at the dentist and Dr Bargelli and her team have totally changed that for me. I am absolutely delighted with the results. Would happily recommend her to anyone. Thank you once again for all you have done.

Really helpful and friendly staff - from receptionists, to dental nurses to dentist. Very modern surgery. The dentist gave lots of information to my child which was really helpful in promoting the importance of dental health - this was much more than previous practices had done. Apt was emergency during covid-19 and I was impressed with organisation and communication before the appointment as well as the smooth way the appointment went with very thorough hygiene practices and use of people. I would definitely recommend.

Always find the staff on the reception very Friendly and helpful and I they made you feel reassured with the covid measures the staff were taken in the preparation for my appointment and the Dental treatment I received on my last visit which I had a filling was excellent .Would certainly recommend the practice.

I've had a few bad dentists with them before however I know those have since left. I saw Aqsa Burkeli (sorry if I'm not spelling it right) today and honestly can say hands down she is the best dentist I have had in 26 years. I had a wisdom tooth removal and it was done quickly and easily and I was comforted throughout. I will have absolutely no hesitation in visiting more regularly now thanks to Aqsa!

I have been going to this dental surgery for years now. Usually have consecutive appointments with the dentist (Kerry) and the hygienist (Karen) and rarely have to wait. They both put you at ease and are friendly.

I had my first experience here today after changing dentists, iv always been terrified of dentists and as my old dentist was very rude and offerd no comfort what so ever! I decided to go here, i seen dentist martin smith today and a very pleasant young woman which i didnt catch the name of, and they were fabulous really put me at ease and were so lovely and for once im not as nervous about going back for my fillings! If you are looking for a dental practice. I highly recommend my dentist at killingworth. They make you welcome and relaxed.

I’m a fifty year old bloke who’s dreaded going to the dentist my entire life. I needed a root canal & crown. The care & treatment I received from Shama was superb from start to finish, I’m sure I was her worst nightmare as a patient , she never lost her cool & even tho the procedure took much longer than expected I didn’t pay a penny more than her original quote. I pray she never leaves the practice.

As a dentist myself (who doesn't work here!), I can strongly recommend Killingworth dental surgery. I have been attending for 3 years now & have found the service and the quality of treatment (I have had a wisdom tooth extracted & a filling) fantastic but what I like most is the friendly and kind people who work there. It makes attending a pleasant experience & I can imagine this would be extremely helpful for anxious patients or those who have not attended for some time and are looking to rebuild confidence.

As I found out whilst attending my appointment Martin has retired and I was to be seen by a new dentist. I was anxious as I had been with my previous dentist for a long time and was having a tooth removed. I needn't have worried. I saw James who was lovely, told me what was going tobe done, put me at ease and sorted the problem. I would definitely recommend James and have no worries about seeing him at future appointments specially if your a nervous patient. James is no longer with the practice.
