M. S.Very disappointed, went to get teeth whitening and it didn’t work. Cost so much money for the treatment and different appointments, to make no change at all. I recently went elsewhere for another whitening treatment, which is still the at home option, and it’s worked 100% better. It also took me a while to get an appointment and I had to keep going back and forth for tray fitting appointments and to pick up whitening trays etc. The quote for composite bonding was pricier than others too, even though it was a “discounted price” as I bought the whitening treatment there.
F. F.After 2 years with no dental treatment I was delighted today when Jack did a lot to redress this. He explained each procedure and was very gentle. The staff are patient and kind too. Many thanks.

Dentisr checked my teeth in less than 5mins.
Recommended I booked a hygenest to do a scale and polish.The cost was £23 for a check up and £60 paid in advance foy hygenest.
I used to get much smaller bills and the whole job was done in one visit by the dentist.
The last time I visited I paid £83 too so Iam thinking of changing Dentisr.
A shame really.

Yes I was late by 10 minutes for my appointment, very difficult to find parking. The hygiene nurse rushed didn't talk.. No one talked to me..
Very rude.
I work as a consultant in NHS we would never treat a human being like this...

Update, just had phone call from the practice manager Jenna, was very empathetic about my experience and promised this will not be repeated. The team has been fed back and to reflect on this.

J. B.Emma was very patient, gave me a clear description of the issues and was very attentive to my obvious nervousness. She outlined the various courses of treatment available and gave excellent advice on the various options.
R. G.You get good dental care here, but you also get a friendly reception and reassurance. I used to be scared before I found this practice, now I can keep my dental appointments without fear. If you are very nervous, ask for James Robinson. You will be fine.
