In particular....Mr. Andy Robson...In my opinion at least...Is THE STAR of the practice!!! I've followed him as a Client since age 8ish. I'm 42 now. And I honestly can state...I had my First teeth BUTCHERED by a Female dentist. Who was trained in New Zealand. But following an emergency, late night, appointment with Andy...I genuinely like to go now!! Oh and he's the Double image of the Actor Martin Clunes with the humour to match 😂👌🏻 A few other people have also been using the same Dental Practice and feel the same.

I have used this practice for many years and as far as I am concerned it is one of the best dental practices in the north east. I am with Phil who is very friendly but at the same time you can see he is concentrated on treating you to the very best standards and more.so professional and I know he has your best interests at heart. Yes I have had one or two appointments cancelled over my time with them but so what that's life. I'm sure they have had a lot of patients cancel or not turned up. Last point the lady's on reception are great and very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this Dental practice to anybody if you want top drawer treatment and a welcoming environment.

I am a nervous patient and have been well looked after by the staff here. They take their time to explain the treatment and give very good advice. I would recommend this place to others.

Had terrible toothache and was seen the same day I phoned. Very helpful and kind staff. Everything was explained as they went along. This dental practice is by far the best i have ever been to. Superb service and my Dentist Mr Beckwith is incredble extracted 2 of my teeth (One being a wisdom tooth) and i never felt a thing. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been scared of going to the dentist for years, and even had to go to a special dentist for those who are very anxious about dentists. Moved to Newcastle for University and needed to visit the dentist, she was so nice and the admin staff were so helpful and I felt very comfortable. I had never felt this comfortable in a dentist before, I would definitely recommend registering at this dentist if you are nervous or have had bad experiences in the past.
