L. O.I was referred to have an extraction, was told the wait could be up to 51 weeks, got a letter within 2 weeks and an appointment 2 weeks after that. Staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. I have a huge phobia of dentists, on the day the dentist and nurse were amazing, so kind and patient with me and the whole procedure was done and dusted in around 10 minutes. Couldn’t thank them enough, amazing service and lovely staff.
N. P.I was referred by my dentist for the remains of a tooth to be extracted. The dentist and nurse were both so kind and friendly. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but found the whole experience far less traumatic than I was expecting. The whole procedure was over very quickly and the dentist very gentle when extracting the tooth. Thank you, very grateful.
S. h.I attended this dentist as I was referred to it as my dentist could not remove a route on an extraction . Making the appointment was easy and an e mail sent to confirm it , the day before I got a phone call to explain what to do on the day . I booked in and was told to wait in the car and the dentist came out to get me , a very nice smiling happy man , he introduced himself , took me to the surgery and the nurse introduced herself , he explained what was going to happen confirming that it would be alright , then it was all over , only in there about 10 minutes . I apologise for not remembering the dentist and nurses names but they were excellent .Thank you
N. B.Referred for an extraction of a broken tooth, really good pre-appointment communication. I was worried it wasn’t going to be possible with how it was broken and thought it might be a hospital job. Dr Phillip and his assistant were amazing. It was out within literally seconds!! S. L.Practice is good but they NEVER answer the phones!!! After spending an hour on hold to be cut off I give up and go in to book or make changes to my appointments these days. They 100% need a queue management system in place for the phone lines ! This really let's them down and leave clients extremely frustrated.
