Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating staff team. I took my elderly mother in today for a denture repair and they managed to get us into the dental lab for a repair within the hour and it was all sorted immediately. Reception staff up to their usual high standards of care and customer service. They are very kind and efficient ladies. Didn't appreciate having to wait for half an hour before being called for my appointment though. I am aware and am ok with waiting if an emergency was brought in and this put everyone back a bit, but the dentist I am with is well known for his lateness.... for no other reason than he is useless at time keeping. Thank goodness I am now retired and being kept waiting for no good reason does not impact on me as much as it used to when I was working. Even now I make sure I don't have my appointments in the mornings, so I can be sure my dentist is actually on site and am in with a reasonable hope of being seen near to my appointed time slot.

I’ve been seeing Chris at East Park Dental for just over a year now and it’s by far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. Not only is Chris friendly and non-judgemental, his work is also thorough and of the highest quality. I’ve also never experienced any pain or discomfort despite undergoing some extensive work, so you can go in for treatment assured that you’ll be as comfortable as possible. The nurses and reception staff are also brilliant! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Really top quality treatment. The dentist listened to me, kept me informed and I barely felt the treatment. I went straight back to work after 40 minutes in the chair and didn't feel much at all really.

Another great visit. Kate, the hygienist is brilliant, talked me through everything she was doing, kept reassuring me and stopping to give me a break when needed. Nice to know my gums are really healthy and that I'm doing all the right things when brushing/flossing. Gurvinder, the dentist also talks you through everything and has shown me photos of my broken teeth and given me advice as to the best way forward. Quotes provided and everything can be done at a pace I set. I never feel rushed or pressed to agree to treatment I don't want. I would recommend EPD to everyone.

Visited EPD and had the preparation done for an onlay to be fitted later this month. My dentist (Ria Shah) was very informative all the way through the procedure. First time I have had the “blue sheet” used to shield my tongue from getting in the way, wow a “game changer”. It felt very odd at first I must admit. But within seconds I realised I could breathe fine, and more importantly I wasn’t going to be suffocated by the thing, it was so much better than usual. No constant swallowing or having to open and close my mouth, all that usual mess was above the blue sheet and easily mopped up by the lovely assistant. Pleasant visit again. Another positive review will follow the onlay final procedure if successful - and if this temporary filling holds out until the end of the month.

I see both a dentist and a hygienist all of which are included within my monthly payment plan. The care and service provided is lovely and thorough. Your treated with politeness and are welcomed from the minute you arrive, the reception team are efficient and work really hard to sort your appointments wherever possible. Whilst you wait the usually short time to see your chosen practitioner, the waiting areas are spotless and comfortable. When receiving your treatment, they are so very caring and explain everything you need to know, so you can make informed decisions, together. The pricing of the service is as you'd expect, without being over priced, for the quality of service provided. I'm so glad I found EPD and my whole family are either on the books or will be shortly... Thank you EPD.

I waited well over half an hour to see the hygienist. I was not even offered a drink while I waited. I was though offered an apology for the delay. But then was told by the hygienist that she needed more time in order to do her job properly, I did not like it, as I believed she tried to sell me a higher policy, not a good ideal after the customer was made to await over 30 minutes and the previous year they missed one session? The least she could have done was to do the job properly or to say: your teeth needs more work maybe I can dedicate an extra 10 minutes today and finished the work that needs doing and next appointment I spend less time with you, not to try and get the customer spend yet more money. The check up was excellent I cannot fault the dentist, she is the nicest, considerate and gentle dentist I dealt with, always has time for me.

As an older patient with an aversion to dentures, but with many long standing ssues dating back to my aversion to dental work as a young wonan, I have found Dr Chris Young to be the answer to my problems. The work needed hasn't been straightforward and has taken time, and I still have one more procedure to go, a root canal filling and then I'm done. Now, I'm happy, I have a mix of implants, bridges and crowns, my mouth is like an homage to McAlpines I suppose, I didn't have many teeth left but was adamant I wasn't going to have a denture. Quite perverse in reality, in view of the cavalier way I had treated my teeth as a young woman. Now, my teeth feel secure, natural and comfortable and just as importantly for me, they look good and give me confidence. Chris's professional skills are without compare, he spends care and time to get the best result for his patient. His manner is so welcoming and friendly, I always feel relaxed and confident in his chair, which for me, in view of my history, is miraculous, and the results are amazing. The practice has recently undergone a refurb and is now very "cool" and stylish, all the receptionists and nurses I have met have been outstanding also. In short, I highly recommend the East Park Dental practice and especially Dr Young,

Very good experience for a very nervous patient. I have been a patient at EPD for over fifty years although I started out with Peter Bason in his surgery opposite the Northampton Rugby Club before he moved the practice Pete showed me that not all dentists were unmindful of the fears some people have. This caring form of treatment has carried on at EPD even though Pete has retired. Thankyou all. I now see Gavinder who is every bit as kind and caring as Pete was. I don’t think I will ever be anything but nervous due to an unfortunate start with dentists in my very early years but I dont have the dread that I once experienced and I am confident enough to go for my regular check ups. The receptionists are very welcoming and the whole atmosphere of the surgery and waiting rooms is calm. Thankyou everyone.

Having used Weston Favell and Oasis Dental Care in the past and been disappointed with my experiences, I have to say this place is brilliant! Rang up at 9am, seen at 11am for a check up and clean, home by 11.45am. This practice is clean, offers free wi-fi and the staff are very friendly and informative. Signing up is also a breeze as is done on ipads. There's also plenty of parking around the area and my visit was even more amazing because there was no pain involved! :)
