This review is on behalf of Mary Oliver: I am new to the practice, the dental care that I have received and the work that has been done has been totally amazing! My Dentist has been Montserrat all the way through and she has assured me through each process so I was comfortable and confident throughout. I was expecting a degree of pain but haven't experience that, even through the injections. A personal Thank You to Montserrat and the Practice Team for the care they have given me. I would highly recommend this practice!

This was my first treatment appointment with Kalpana and I was immediately made to feel at ease. We discussed my history and she asked if I had any issues that she should know about. Told me to let her know if I needed her to stop at any time. At all times she explained what she was doing and was very gentle. Really pleased with the results. I have yet to see the hygienist but will comment on that experience later. My next appointment is booked. Highly recommended.

I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Matt and Vas, from the very first appointment to my most recent last appointment I have been met with pure professionalism, confidence, incredible knowledge, first class skills (award winning infact!) and generally lovely people. April on reception is always friendly and helpful, Aimee one of the dental nurses is such a lovely person with a warm welcome and always made me feel at ease, Vas is just pure brilliance and Matt is a perfectionist in all the right ways. Nothing was ever too much, and I always looked forward to my visits. I now have the smile I have wanted after having braces as a teen which didnt stay put, and never expected such amazing results in such a quick time. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant surgery- initially visited after my children were traumatised by another dentist and it was a brilliant decision. Vasiliki always takes the time to explain to the children what's happening and never pushes them too far out of their comfort zone but still manages to get a full exam done. I'll still be going for as long as they're open.

Really excellent service and treatment from the whole team at the practice. Make you feel welcome, explain what they are doing and treatment costs and options are given up front. Fabulously clean and sanitised practice, text and email reminders for appointments and always on time when you arrive for your alloted appointment. Patient when being asked a barrage of questions and put you at ease. I thoroughly recommend the practice.

Excellent experience from all the staff April the dental nurses, Debbie and Bala, very good with anxious patients, excellent dental treatment plans, teeth cleaning and tooth whitening, thank you to all, you have been fantastic. After treatment of a filling, I can hostestly say I can't fault them, I was nervous but did not fill a thing from the injection to the filling itself. I was a nervous patient once but now I no longer am, Debbie is a fantastic dentist and over all everyone has been kind and helpful, I 100% recommend this dental practice. To anyone putting off the dentist because of fear of pain Don,t book an appointment today, the treatments are so good now you will not fill a thing, before this year I put it off, I could not get in the chair for a good 15 minutes and was shaking and sweating, now I have had such a good experience I am no longer scared of the dentist.

After not visiting a dentist for many years due to an awful experience as a child, I had the need to visit a dentist in an emergency after cracking a tooth on a piece of granary bread. I will say the service was exceptional. From the initial call to the receptionist who was lovely, very kind and considerate to the amazing lady dentist I saw yesterday. The only downside of this whole experience is the shocking price for the treatment I now need. Clearly, I will have to have the treatment and certainly didnt expect it to be free, but I now have to take out a mortgage for one tooth to continue gnashing through life and not have to eat soup until they all give up the fight and fall out!!!!🤦‍♀️

Fantastic all round service, thank you so very much Drayton Dental Care! Had my first hygienist appointment with Direct Access for a scale and polish. Bala was so lovely, calming and thorough. My teeth are the cleanest they have ever felt, and she provided me with all the knowledge I need to keep my teeth and gums happy until our next appointment. The receptionist and dental nurse staff were so accomodating and friendly too, I really couldn't recommend them enough.

I went ahead with what was proposed and had an appointment this week to have some composite veneers with bonding. The treatment was really straight forward and was all complete within two hours. I saw Collette for direct access hygiene about 3 weeks ago. She was meticulous in her approach and my teeth felt really clean and bright at the end of the 30-minute appointment. I moved to the area days before the First lockdown. In between the first and second lock down, I had a wisdom tooth filling break. I rang Drayton Dental Care and they arranged for me to come in within a few days. At the appointment the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist manage to sort the problem there and then. For someone who has not been to the dentist in 20 yrs due to a horrendous experience, I was apprehensive to say the least when I was told an extraction was needed.All the team were brilliant from the receptionist who was a calm and reassuring person.And the dentist and her technician who were patient kind and very reassuring talking to me and ensuring I was ok every step of the way (even provided a stress ball that I squeezed to death).
