Was referred to this dentist by my current one for the possible removal of my wisdom tooth! I hate the dentist so having such a lovely, friendly and helpful team was just amazing! I was very impressed and couldn’t fault any part of the service! Ellie and Caroline were amazing so thank you for this and keep up your amazing hard work, it’s definitely noticed and appreciated by us awkward patients!!

Had a tooth extraction yesterday morning, the team were very supportive as I was a nervous patient. I was going to have sedation but after having a chat with the dentist decided to not have it. Brilliant service thank you, wished they were taking on new nhs patients.

My first visit to this dentist and highly recommended I had a wisdom tooth out, hardly pleasant, but the dentist, nurse, etc were all excellent showing real compassion Large car park at rear Situated a couple of miles from New northern bypass And approx 5 miles east of Norwich

I had to go to this dentist for an emergency appointment to have a tooth extracted. I was very impressed with all the staff there. They were so kind and caring. The dentist was very professional and treatment was excellent. The surgery was excellent in all aspects. Just wish I could be taken on as a new patient but quite understand how busy they are with their existing patients.

Ive been with this Dentist for a few years now, and everytime I visit, I am impressed with their service. All the staff are so kind, considerate and helpful. More recently I have needed a bit more work done on my teeth that were chipped in an unprovoked attack. After having face surgery, my teeth were the last bit to get fixed up. During this pandemic, this dentist have helped as much as they possibly can within the covid rules. Obviously after such an awful experience, mentally it was important for me to get back to full health, and now I am finally there. A special mention goes to my dentist Jessica Billings, who assured me throughout that my teeth would be fixed. She is very professional, considerate and you can see takes pride in her work. Nothing was too much trouble for her, when I needed reports written up about the damage I occurred. The reports was done as soon as possible whenever I asked, and the admin staff made it clear for me when the reports would be ready. A fantastic service all round. Thank you so much, I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough.

I’m not registered at a dentist but on a waiting list to do so. But I always call this place for emergencies. The staff have always been polite and friendly to me. And made me feel less nervous as I hate dentist due to in the past having a bad experience. I found the staff in the other John g surgery in Wymondham rude and sounded annoyed with me trying to book in an emergency appointment and only guess is because I’m not registered because as soon as I said I’m not registered she became rude. The staff here are so friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Also due to Covid I can say they have everything in order. In and out without any faff.

I've never felt so overwhelmed I attended today with my little girl after 100s of phone calls to other dentists, hospital, hours on hold to 111 and the dentist we saw today was the best I've ever seen my daughter is now on the road to recovery and even her Teddy got a quick check over too keep doing what your doing your worth your weight in gold. Called at 8 o clock this morning for an emergency appointment needed same day and they said I need to ring back at 9 because I wasnt registered there and registered people had priority which is fair enough. So called back at 9 needing g an appointment came day and got one early afternoon got to appointment didn't wait for that long and had tooth extraction there and then. I'm a very nervous person when I visit the dentist. I unfortunately had to have a partially impacted wisdom tooth out. The staff were lovely to me. I received a very friendly and warm welcome from the gentleman whom I think was called Steve. The dentist who took my tooth out was wonderful. She put me at ease and explained everything to me. I don't usually review places. Let alone a dentist. But i got stranded in Norwich due to covid and developed an absess. Having spoken to my own dentist (in my home county - very unhelpful) and trying numerous dentist in the area. Whom offered no help whatsoever. I made a last ditch try here. And was finally given the help required, by a kind and understanding practice. In such times, this was overwhelmingly appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent. Had an emergency appointment on Sunday, got lost on way and was late, also in quite a bit of pain. Everyone so kind and helpful - began to feel better even before the antibiotics were prescribed! Very much recommend.

Cannot thank surgery enough. Daughter had to see them on Sunday 18th March '18 as emergency. Staff very helpful and courteous both on telephone and in person.
