The service I received from City Dental from start to finish was outstanding! I have only recently joined this practice and I am so delighted with the service they have provided me with. They are all extremely friendly, I visited the hygienist and I had composite bonding alongside whitening. Both dentists really made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. I normally find myself very nervous at dentists, but my experience at City Dental was amazing. My smile has been transformed and I couldn’t be any happier, all thanks to City Dental.

My experience at City Dental Practice has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first day the staff have been kind, helpful and fun which sets them apart from other dental practices that I'd been to before. Every time that I visit the practice, the staff make sure that I feel better about myself and smile more. I've had composite bonding done at the practice and I am extremely happy with the results. I am more confident than ever before and most importantly smiling constantly. I've always been unsecured about my smile, but Dr Rosie Posl gave me a fresh start that I never thought I'd get. I cannot exaggerate enough how happy I am with City Dental Practice but I think that the results speak for themselves. Thank you so much!

I went to see the hygienist today and she was absolutely lovely! All members of staff made me feel at ease which was vital as a few years ago I had a horrible experience somewhere else which put me off dentists completely. I would definitely come back here again to get my teeth cleaned :)

I am a new patient to City Dental Practice in Nottingham and I can only praise them for the great work they do! I found them via a Google search due to needing an urgent dentist, to which City Dental were more than happy to help. I managed to get an appointment in 2 days of which went very well and have had two follow-up appointments since. The staff in the practice are all really nice, friendly, polite and welcoming. I never once felt an inconvenience or a request being too much for them. Every receptionist you speak to is very friendly and happy to help with enquires or questions you have. I needed a little extra work which required a couple of appointments, however the receptionists breakdown the costs, offered me a monthly plan to which I was glad to accept and wanted to be sure I understood what I needed and then booked appointments that worked best for me. Even with an unexpected cancellation due to catching COVID, they wished me well and happily rearranged my appointment. You receive an email and phone call to remind and confirm your appointment which I have never had with a dentist before (Very professional!) and when I arrived for my appointments, both had little or no waiting time. All of my appointments were overseen by Miss Phakey, one of the Dentists in the practice. I can say with assurance that she is the best dentist I have ever had! She is very friendly, polite, understanding, non-judgemental and patient. She explained the work I needed doing, broke down the work into multiple appointments to make it easier and throughout each appointment said I can stop/take a break whenever I needed too. I cannot remember the name of her two colleagues however I wanted to mention them too, as they are very friendly, polite and helpful too. I believe the practice does have several Dentists and I am sure they are great too, however I just want to share my thanks and appreciation to Miss Phakey for doing a brilliant job! I very grateful and feel happy knowing I have a permanent Dental practice where I know they will do a great job! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have been going to this Dental practice for many years when Dr Tosar had it, Although he is no longer there it still remains the Top Dentist in Nottingham. The staff including the great receptionist are friendly and warm and not forgetting they do a great job and efficient. I went to see the New Hygienist on Friday ,her name is Ilona. I have never felt so relaxed,it was like having a facial that I nearly fell asleep Thank you all for doing a great job and I hope to be with you for many years to come.

I was lucky enough to get a next day appointment with an infection that needed antibiotics, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the dentist and dental nurse were both professional and as I have a fear of dentists reassured me all through my visit. Highly recommended!!!!!!

They explained everything clearly and supported me throughout my whole course of treatment, even going the extra mile and squeezing me in when I had a dental emergency! Angela Ellwood - I had a phobia where Dentists were concerned. Scared wasn't the word but decided to try out City Dental Practice. On entering the practice, the Reception staff were friendly, supportive, efficient and professional and I'm pleased to say they remain so. My dentist has been absolutely brilliant too. She is really patient, understanding, and informative and has put me at my ease. So, much so, I don't take a chaperone with me anymore. Really impressed with City Dental Practice!!! I booked in my father with an emergency next day appointment and found the team at City Dental excellent. As my father has reduced mobility and hasn’t been out much during the pandemic, he was able to make it safely into the surgery and felt COVID-secure with the various measures the team at City Dental have in place. This was really reassuring. The care received from Dr. Phakey has been outstanding!

Really can't say enough good things about this practice! I had a bodge job of a root canal from a different practice and unfortunately was prolonged over the course of 2 years. I took the dive and moved practice and within 6 months everything was cleared up and fixed. No issues a year on and really could not be happier, everyone is really switched on and professional! I am so pleased someone recommended you on Beeston Updated as the last dentist I went to was rude and I'm so glad I don't have to brave them again! From the friendly ladies on reception to the lovely dentist who I had a check up with and to the lovely hygienist Heather I can honestly say you made my visit flawless and even felt relaxed! Today was my first hygienist visit with Heather. I'm quite a wimp but Heather was really understanding telling me how we were doing all the way. I've joined the dental plan at £27 a month which gives me regular check ups and frequent hygiene appointments. Thank you so much, I definitely recommend!

From booking me in on the same day as a new customer (because of the pain I was in) to the professional and careful way I was treated when I arrived. I really do recommended this practice! I have now had 3 appointments at the dental practice as a new member. This has included, one check up, 2 filings and a trip to the hygienist. I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to the dentist however, both the dentist, hygienist and the dental nurses have made me feel at ease and the work they carried out was completed at a pace I was comfortable with! The receptionist staff are also so friendly! Such a lovely practice and for a person who hates the dentist, if you are the same, I couldn’t recommend this practice enough!! Brilliant customer service and dental work!!

Today was my first visit to the practice for a new patient examination. I am extremely happy with Dr Zahid Shah who has a calm chair side manner and explained everything throughly. The receptionists are brilliant, just what you need when visiting a dentist. They are welcoming , polite and friendly. Nothing seems like to much for the whole practice. Wow what a service!!! 100% happy from start to finish. Visited on Friday 13th August after not visiting a dentist for over five years. I was petrified and embarrassed about the state of my teeth and didn't sleep the night before. I needn't of worried at all. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the dentist, hygienist and their nurses were all patient and kind. I go back this Friday for a filling and I won't say I'm looking forward to it but I won't lose any sleep this time.
