I must disagree with the previous reviews. The reception staff is amazing and can never do enough for you. I’ve seen multiple dentists over the years and they’ve all been professional and knowledgeable. But that’s not the reason for my review today. I would like to thank all of the team for doing such an incredible job and all your hard work during the pandemic. You made me feel so safe and confident with all the measures you’ve had in place. The practice really goes out of their way to make sure everything is Covid-19 safe and it’s the only place currently I’m not hesitant to visit. Thank you very much.

Absolutely fabulous service from all the staff. Warm, friendly, courteous & very professional. As for the receptionist Millie a huge thank you for your patience and kindness in accommodating my son. After being left in pain and discomfort after incomplete treatment at another practice, i was recommended Sam at Compton Acres. Sam was happy to fit me in between appointments and made me feel at ease. Sam took time to ensure my treatment was complete i felt relieved and reassured on leaving. I was referred to Compton Acres from my regular practice due to needing a complex treatment that my dentist was unable to do. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful in getting me booked in at a time that suited me. Paul Lyons the dentist who saw me put me at ease straight away explaining the procedure to me in a way I could understand. He continued explaining what he was doing all the way through which made me feel a lot better as it was a long appointment and there was lots of different stages I had never experienced before. All in all I was made to feel very welcome here, and I cannot recommend this practice and Paul highly enough.

My wife, younger daughter and I have been patients at Compton Acres Dental Practice since it was opened by the great dentist (now retired) John Grummit many years ago. We have had nothing but excellent, caring, affordable treatment by all the dentists who practiced there - and the dental nurses, receptionists and Dental Hygenists have all been great, too. My wife Julia has nothing but high praise for her current dentist Mr. Lyons and feels the criticism he received in one of the reviews below is not warranted.

I would like to take the opportunity to express how happy and impressed I was with my recent visit to see my dentist Mr Rishi Shah. Having delayed seeking dental treatment for some time, I was very nervous about my visit. He took the time to explain in detail regarding the state of my mouth as well as advising me of how to prevent future complications. I was advised to have a procedure called deep cleaning. I felt calm and reassured immediately. The needles were painless, the deep cleaning very thorough and the whole procedure seemed like a breeze. My faith in dentists has been restored.
