After a lot of research I decided to go with Helix House for my Invisilign treatment as they are Diamond standard providers and I wanted the best ! My teeth were corrected within a year and I am highly delighted with the result, I can't stop smiling! The whole team are lovely, very friendly and professional. They cant do enough for you and make you feel at ease. I'm highly delighted with my new smile and would 100% recommend Helix House. You won't be disappointed ! I went to collect my new retainers from Helix House as had some dental work done and was in need of new retainers. I went with my 11 week old daughter that is breastfed. I arrived 30 minutes earlier was offered a drink, and as my little one was getting hungry, I was very plesently surprised when Maxine offered me a separate room so I can get comfortable and have a bit of a privacy. This is one of the reasons why I would recommend Helix House Orthodontics to anyone, not only they are professional, they will look after you and are breastfeeding friendly, is so lovely, I must admit this have made my day. I was really apprehensive about getting braces as an adult but from my very first consultation the team at Helix made me feel completely at ease and relaxed about the whole process which supported my decision to get ceramic braces. The Team at Helix House were fantastic - everyone there really does their best. My son was eligible for NHS treatment as his teeth were at risk, but the wait was over 30 months so we decided to pay (he does a lot of sport). The price was similar everywhere so we chose Helix House as they were lovely and close to school. I went with him to important appointments but he was happy to pop in by himself for check ups on his way home. The treatment went very smoothly despite the pandemic. We'd definitely use them again should the need arise.

What a fantastic Orthodontist! I've just had my brace off after 10 months, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I did a lot of research before choosing the orthodontist (I spent almost half year to visit different orthodontists and went through their treatment plans). Helix house was the best option for me, detailed treatment plans, flexible payment plans and affordable price. It also gave me a good impression the first time I visited the office. Not only was it clean and easy to find but everyone in that office was so wonderful and friendly. I left feeling confident and excited about getting braces, that alone made the visit worth while. My orthodontist has always explained each procedure step by step from the outset and at every appointment very thoroughly to make sure I understood what was to be expected. Therefore, there was no surprises and this made me at ease with the work to be carried out. They would always check during the procedure if I was fine and talk to me in a calm and friendly manner. I would highly recommend the orthodontists and the staff. From appointments to check-ups everything was done professionally and welcoming attitude. All my appointments were easy to schedule and the support from the whole team has truly been fantastic. I now have taken off my braces for 8 months, I am really happy about the results of the treatment!!! Of course, I did not get use to how my teeth looked like right after taking off the braces. OMG!!! This practice and all the team are amazing! My daughter has wanted braces for a while, she could not have NHS treatment, so over lockdown I had a look around for somewhere to treat her. The process with Helix House was so simple, we sent some photos of her teeth on the website, within a few days the Specialist Orthodontist sent a report back with the issues she could see with her teeth and brace options. A few days later a lovely, bubbly lady rang me and talked me through the options and prices, she also said she could do a zoom call so that my daughter could be involved! I found this extremely thoughtful. We booked an appointment for a consultation, it was a very easy process. When we went to the practice our first impression was wow this is not a 'normal' practice everything was so bright and the staff were so friendly. We had our temperature checked in the car park, my daughter had an xray and some photos of her teeth. We had already decided which brace she wanted. The orthodontist looked at her teeth and the nurse talked us through the procedures. We talked about how the practice had, had to adapt to the current times and gosh how well this team has adapted! Although I am hoping things go back to normal soon so that I can have a coffee and a chin wag with these women on those comfy looking sofas! We made an appointment to have my daughters brace put on, she had to go in to this one herself. She said how chatty the clinical staff were and how they made her feel at ease. And whats even better .. we don't have to travel to appointments unless it is really needed because we take photos every week to send to the orthodontist on the practice app... absolutely brilliant! We are not far into treatment but I am absolutely over the moon with Helix House and I can't say a big enough thank you to Dr Sood and all of her fabulous team!

My experience with Naresh and Helix House Orthodontics really couldn’t have been better. I have just finished my Lingual Braces Treatment and I am so happy with the results. I had consultations at a number of orthodontic practices who all told me that Lingual Braces were not possible for my teeth and it was only the Damon style that would work in my situation. I am 26 years old and have delayed having braces my whole life due to extreme anxiety and fear of orthodontic procedures (I was offered free treatment when I was under 18 which I was too scared to go through with). Naresh made the whole process a breeze for me and I would highly recommend using this practice. It is a lovely place to visit and Naresh went out of his way continuously over my treatment time to help me out whenever I had any issues – from coming in last minute on his days off, to connecting me with other orthodontists for support in his absence. There was never a moment where I had to struggle as Naresh always found a way to solve any issues I had. The service was 10/10 at all times and I am so grateful – it was worth every penny! I had previously looked into Invisalign about ten years ago but having been to an orthodontist in town (I won’t mention their name) I wasn’t comfortable with their plan or approach to my proposed treatment. Ten years later I looked into it again and decided to drop Helix an email. The consultation and subsequent treatment plan was reassuring and I started a course of 18 months on Invisalign (my mouth looked like a Lego map of the Alps..)! The treatment itself has been a breeze and I have just a couple of months. The results have been unbelievable and I actually bother to smile at people now (not that I particularly want to)! But for however good the treatment is..it’s nothing compared to the amazing people that work here. Every appointment is a laugh and these guys even sent me a sympathy card when I missed an appointment because my dog sadly passed away! There’s even a running joke about a particular member of the team, mentioning no names (Vanessa) who has so many holidays that she appears to be Bridgfords answer to Judith Chalmers..not that’s she’s old enough to know who that is. I can’t recommend this place enough!
