I am a new patient at this practice although they are not accepting NHS patients I decided to go with the essentials plan which offers fair costs for treatments carried out. Amazing staff, from reception (making appointments and greeting) to dental staff. Was extremely nervous but staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Great experience was seen on time and another appointment was made later on in the same day for some follow up treatment recommend to me ..... Danielle along side her Dental Nurse were both kind and caring very professional could not ask for more .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Had root canal treatment over 6 months ago and still feeling good. Was pain free apart from keeping my mouth open and crown looks good so very happy all in all.

Can't recommend this Dentist enough. I hadn't been to one for over 20yrs.Azeem Mirza knew I was nervous after bad experiences previously & recommend sedation for my extractions. He explained fully what would happen & reassured me. I never felt any pain & couldn't even remember anything. This treatment is perfect for anyone as nervous as me. I wished I had come here years ago. The staff are really lovely.

Absolutely fantastic team of dentists, nurses and reception staff! Dr. Farhat was truly brilliant and took the time to listen to my concerns. I also got my teeth whitened at this particular practice about a year ago and can honestly say I'm still thrilled beyond belief with the results!

I Have been coming to this KDP for nearly 40 years. I have had several Dentists over the years. Some good, some not so good. I was even contemplating going private. However my last two appointments have been with Danielle Butler who has been in my opinion the best I’ve seen. She uses the various tools at her disposal very expertly and with care. The thing that really stands out is that she offers genuine care to help her patients maintain the best oral health possible.

Had root canal treatment at this dentists, I heard such horrid stories regarding this procedure that I was so terrified I nearly did not attend. However I did attend, the dentist was fantastic, put me at my ease, began the treatment and about half way through there was a little break and he said it would only take about another 10 mins or do, I said is this when I will feel the pain, he said it would get easier henceforth, i hadn’t felt a thing, the whole procedure was painless, I could not thank the dentist enough. The dentist talked me through everything, was patient and understanding, I would highly recommend this dentists. Thank you xx

I had to have a course of treatment over several appointments and although I have always attended this practice it had changed hands a couple of years ago. I was very anxious about having a root canal procedure and a new crown made and fitted. The Dentist was extremely patient and explained everything that would be done and reassured me whilst the treatment was ongoing I was very grateful for the kindness and care that I was given and I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice for a first class service.

6 months ago If I could give more than five stars I would. Visiting the dentist has always been a negative experience but today all that changed. The Staff and Dentist were amazing. Within 20 minutes I had my bothersome tooth extracted and had my face not been numb I would have left with a smile...which I did on the inside. Definitely the best and will go again if I have to. Thank you for looking after me.

I am very fearful and scared about visiting the dentist since having several terrible and painful experiences with various dentists in the past (including the dental department at Kingsmill Hospital). I had an appointment to have two teeth extracted and arrived feeling very anxious and apprehensive. The dentist was very reassuring and calmly listened to my concerns and fears. He managed to extract the two teeth very successfully and virtually pain free. Great dentist, very caring, I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

This dentist surgery had a bad rep in the past but those days are long gone along with certain staff. Friendly and efficient. Im a nervous person but i feel happy to attend because i have confidence that i will be treated very well by the current dentist.

I needed deep route canal work to save a tooth and create a base for a crown. Excellent work from begining to completion. No pain no bruising and perfectly fitted crown. Service on all 3 visits has been excellent.

Would give 10 stars if I could you was absolutely amazing got me in for an appointment the day after I rang from 111 desperate need for a checkup after my dentist wouldn't see me the dentist was amazing from the start told me I needed a tooth out when I went for the tooth out went through it all made me feel comfortable numbed my mouth then said he was doing a xray he was absolutely amazing he obviously knew I was scared and made me feel relaxed and prepared I wish I knew his name to give him a massive thank you

Just finished by Smilelign treatment and and so happy with the results! Azeem was brilliant throughout my whole treatment, especially through the pandemic, making sure I had my trays available and answered any questions I had. Can’t praise the patient care enough, would highly recommend!

I am absolutely, terrified of going to the dentist. It took me a long time to build trust with the lady that previously worked in this dentist before it changes hands. I was even more scared, when i found it was a male that would be my dentist. I had a really, really bad experience with a male dentist in Shirebrook many years ago. I refused to go for so long my tooth cracked and broke. I needed a crown as it was far to damaged. Well I was shaking the entire appointment. I had to go three times, the check up, the shaping and the fiting. The man that did my filling (top tooth) and crown for the bottom was incredibly patient, caring and took his time. Even when I was biting down on his finger and grabbing his arm tightly with fear. I will always be scared but I'm happy to of build trust with this surgery.

Staff are friendly and professional. Mr Ashraf is passionate about his job and the care of his patients. He and his assistant have put a smile back on my face😁

I have had a lot of anxiety around my treatment and Dr Mirza and the rest of the team was fantastic with me. He went above and beyond to squeee me into appointments and make me feel at ease. Explained what the drill noise would be like and topped me up with local anaesthetic so I wouldn't feel a thing, Really felt that he cared and loves his job genuinely. Best dentist that I have been to Don't write many reviews but felt I definelty owed a thanks to Dr Mirza for all the work he has done on my smile with the treatment he has given me and teeth whitening. Gave me tons of advice on how to treat my gum disease and helped me with tips on brushing. Have been coming here for the past year and always impressed on how he keeps smiling and how friendly he is. Always remebers my dog and treats me like a human. Can see he loves his job and I have heard he's got a fair few dedicated patients. Glad I got in when I did as I have had a few awful experiences with other dental practices in the Kirkby area. Highy recommend him
