I was having my wisdom tooth extracted and was initially told by by practice dentist that it could be a bit challenging process. But Dr.Kamel & team made it extremely easy and least stressful with great care. The extraction was done in no time at all. The anaesthetic was administered perfectly and i just recovered without need for any pain killers back to normal just within 24 hours. I never imagined it could be this easy. Thanks greatly Dr.Kamel & team.

Had a procedure today which I was really nervous about . The lovely dental nurse Jenny put me at ease and helped relax me . The dentist sherif was amazing , so quick and didn’t hurt me at all . Thoroughly recommend. A big Thankyou .

May I just say what lovely receptionist at Nems dental department I went to have a tooth removed today. The dentist was very nice and understanding explaining everything before removel was done unfortunately because it is a back tooth near the sinuses the dentist explained that if it effected the sinuses I couldn't fly for 6 weeks so because I will be flying in a weeks time the dentist and myself rebooked an appointment which they where very understanding about Thank you for your fantastic customer service I wish this could be my dentist Also thankyou to the lovely ladies on the reception Sorry didn't get your names

Went here for wisdom tooth removal after recurrent infections. They were amazing, everyone was so kind and made me feel a lot better about the whole thing. I’m terrified of needles and the lady who saw me helped me through some breathing techniques which really worked! Tooth was out within 5 minutes and was painless. Honestly made me feel so much better about dentists! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing, I was so nervous for having my first tooth extraction, I don't like needles either, but the dentist and his assistant (sorry can't remember names) they was fantastic at calming me down, the whole procedure took no more than 20 minutes, I never felt a thing, I actually had to question if it was out! Absolutely fantastic professional, friendly and reassuring! So glad I was sent here for my teeth extractions...im terrified of dentists thanks to my health condition, I needn't have worried not only did the lovely man know exactly what to do if my jaw did pop out... he actually supported it ..and listened to me ...even kept me comfortable in my wheelchair most of the time..he made sure i was comfortable ,not in pain , he explained everything and regularly asked if I was okay ...if I could make this my regular dental practice i would! We didn't have to wait long the nurses were all fantastic!!! If you have to come here and your worried please be reassured because you will be well looked after! Nothing but praise for everyone here .

I had to go here on New Year's eve for an emergency dental appointment. From the moment i walked in, they were really warm & friendly. The receptionist was really nice & helpful and the dentist who saw me was absolutely brilliant. For someone with a massive phobia of the dentist, he put me at ease all the way through and put me out of pain, which I'm so grateful for.

Wow! This is how a dental practice should be run! From start to finish the team were professional and courteous and the appointment ran like clockwork. The dentist and dental nurse were just the loveliest people. They talked me through the options and were very kind, caring and reassuring throughout the treatment. I visited the emergency dentist and he was amazing! I arrived to nems in a massive pain totally frustrated and stressed with my 3 and 6 years old. The doctor was so calm and also was able to get my little ones calm down while he was give me the local anaesthetic and fixed my tooth. Now my pain is gone. Well done and massive thanks!

Just want to say such what an amazing experience from the word go. The lovely receptionist Kacey for fitting me in today at such short notice. I was sooo nervous and petrified after my own dentist failed to remove my tooth with a horrendous abscess which has been going on for months. Had 3 weeks of antibiotics and it was still there. Was referred to NEMS didnt know much about their service but have to say how brilliant today was. Jenny the lovely nurse put me right at ease and the lovely Dentist Murtz was just amazing kept me informed every step of the way and in no time the tooth was out. Needless to say nothing to worry about.A huge thank you amd what a credit to the team! Nikeisha

Exceptional staff and treatment at NEDS. I was referred there by my own dentist due to a difficult No of extractions especially due to other health conditions of mine which made me clinically extremely vulnerable because of the Pandemic. My anxiety was never a problem as Mr Rehal was an exceptional dental surgeon in explaining things and doing painless extractions whilst wearing PP3 mask for patients protection.. He is backed by a fantastic dental nurse and receptionist. Suberb .what more can I say. Thank you.
