N. M.Can't rate this place enough. The reception staff are really polite and professional. The clinic is very clean and hygienic. Even during the covid pandemic of 2020, it's easily accessible and has straight forward guidelines.
I saw the orthodontist Alex and he couldn't have been more welcoming or knowledgeable. I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time (which is saying something when it comes to visiting the dentist!).
I actually visited to see if they could take over my treatment from another practice, but they pointed out my current treatment was the most practical approach and advised me to stick it out.
This shows that patient care is prioritized over bottom line profit, quite a rare phenomenon in this day and age. I'd recommend anyone in the surrounding area to use this practice. (I travelled from the Ashfield district and would still consider changing to this place as my regular dentist once my treatment is finished.
