I can't praise this dental surgery enough, I have been Mr Frederick's patient for a long time now, he always does an amazing job and is a lovely man, his dental nurse is always so friendly too. I visited today for a scale and polish and filling, I am almost 30 weeks pregnant, i felt a little light headed due to the pregnancy, but I was well looked after, and they both made sure I was ok :-). My filling is complete and my teeth feel super clean. The receptionist Lindsey is always so so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much 😁

I joined this dental practice a few years ago after having some poor experiences at another local dentist. Since than I have nothing but praise for the high level of care and the friendly manner of all the staff I have encountered. My dentist is Dr Shah who is very friendly, knowledgeable and good at her job. For instance today I had an urgent appointment to deal with a lost filling and I was seen promptly and the filling repaired with the minimal of fuss. I am also impressed at the value for money as well which I had not expected before I came here. Overall an excellent practice, all the better for being local to me.

I attended the dental practice last week with my 4 year old Daughter. It was completely Covid safe, temperature check on arrival and everyone was wearing the correct PPE. We saw a lovely dentist called Roxy, and she was brilliant with my daughter. Roxy and her nurse were so welcoming and my daughter wasn’t even frighted to get into the chair. She actually enjoys going to the dentist, and I believe it’s because we’ve both as well as my husband been so looked after there. Great customer service. I must say everyone at the practice was amazing, Lindsey is phenomenal, so supportive and really takes the time to ensure you are relaxed as possible before treatment. Fayaz the consultant, is very thorough, explaining every step of the process and giving ample opportunity to ask questions, nothing is too much trouble... be aware, he is a fab sense of humour! Makes you feel at ease. On the day of the surgery, I had both Fayaz and Ellis, Ellis was amazing at keeping me calm and reassured whilst Fayaz ensured I was comfortable and could feel nothing as we went through the procedure. Excellent! Then of course, on finishing treatment, Lindsey was on hand to support me after, a really asset, she even called me a couple of days later to check in on me! The whole team is amazing and I couldn't recommend them highly enough, it is great to have an elite expert in his field in Fayaz and the support around him in Lindsey and Ellis - thank you all for making me so comfortable!

In that time I have had a great deal of treatment from fillings, broken cusps, root canals and crowns. In consideration that I am a woose when it comes to any form of treatment my mind was always put at rest, and in that time I have never felt the need to question or complain. Has to be 5 stars
