I first visited Peterborough Orthodontics in 2019 and from that first visit through to each and every check-up the whole team have always been totally professional and very friendly and reassuring. At 38 years old I've never been happy with my teeth but as a working mum I wanted treatment that was discreet and manageable so I decided to have Invisalign treatment with Dr Hirsch. I'm SO happy with the result. I'm absolutely delighted with my smile now. Mr Hirsch has been great and happy to discuss options throughout treatment. Also, during my most recent visit I was very reassured by the safety procedures in place regarding COVID-19.

Guess all other reviews are from private customers. Found the dentist to be rude, was chatting on WhatsApp when we entered room and did not acknowledge us at all. Was sharp with his nurse even though she was busy doing her job. Was rude to my daughter when she was unable to move up the chair any further, could not tell that a tooth had been cleared out for a crown and blamed daughter for not cleaning teeth well enough and having whole in tooth. Was very disappointed with his whole attitude. Receptionist was very pleasant as was dental nurse. Pleased we will not be going back here.

Lovely staff. First class service. My son has Braces and we regularly vist for appointments. The girls on the desk are beautiful and we'll presented with beautiful smiles. Amazing place. Sarah has been marvellous, as have all the staff. Very efficient and caring and explained the procedures simply and thoroughly. Very impressed that we were seen 15 minutes before our alloted time and were not rushed.
