A very good experience. The staff were very inviting and Tom was very thorough and explained everything very clearly.

They found that I had cracked tooth on a check up. So they put in a temporary filling and managed to get me a appointment with in a couple of days and sorted it out properly. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Tom the hygienist and Kelly his support have treated me with such care and respect today. As a now Trigeminal Neuralgia sufferer, I was terrified to get my teeth cleaned. But they desperately needed it. Tom was gentle, kept stopping to ask if I was okay and they both put up with my whittering (nerves). It’s great to have a positive experience.

As a family, we have been seeing dentist Neil Chauhan at the Bupa Plymstock branch for a few years and we have always been so happy with our experiences with him and the rest of the team. Very chatty and he puts everyone, including our young children, at ease. We have always found the reception team to be very welcoming and efficient at booking in our future appointments. I've always been contacted well in advance when rearrangements have had to be made. Highly recommended.

Our appointment today was for my son to have his tooth taken out. We saw Kirsty for the first time. She was brilliant. She explained everything and took her time to make sure he was comfortable. I think her and the nurse noticed that Mum was a bit more nervous than the patient!!! She was quick and efficient, making sure to explain the after care. I would recommend Kirsty to anyone.

I was delighted to be offered an appointment the same day as I called I had chronic gum and tooth pain My dentist Neil was very thorough I n finding the problem and gave me 3 options I opted for antibiotics They have made a difference already I would like to mention reception staff I found them to be very helpful and polite I highly recommend this practice
