All the staff are polite ,friendly and efficient. The surgery is spotless. My dentist is very gentle and thoughtful. She keeps me calm and relaxed . She also explains every thing she is doing.

During COVID , normal routine check ups have been cancelled ,which is fair enough ,but when I had a problem starting , I rang and got an appointment 3 weeks later , and since then they have been brilliant ,Thankyou very much .

Hi I went to my dentist at estover and seen a lady called Anita and was told I had gum desease my teeth were loose and I wanted to get rid of the discoloured front 5 top teeth I was so nervous but all the team were so supportive and reassured me it would be better to have dentures after just 2 appointments I had a fantastic smile again I can’t thank them enough and I didn’t have to remortgage my house .

I have been using this dental practice for over 35 years and have seen dentist come and go but as far as l am concerned My Dentist are right up there. Polite professional and extremely helpful. I would have no trouble recommending them to anybody. They even have plenty of time for the most nervous of patients. Well done My Dentist.

Excellent communication by phone, text etc with a friendly & efficient system on arrival. Dentist & Dental Nurse were both very welcoming, and efficient. Car park is a bit limited, although I’ve always managed to park without difficulty. Highly recommended. Thank you

Hi , I found our recent call a bit disconserting in that I had rung on the advice of one of your recent letters canceling my appointment booked for six weeks time. The letter says that ' we'd be very happy to rearrange it'. However, upon calling as requested , I was told to ring back towards the end of the year... Ok Covid and all that, ( I had delayed in booking for three months for that reason whilst trying to be flexible to the surgery which I have attended for years) but to call and be told something different to your letter caught me off guard and I felt a bit fobbed off . One aspect of that is I'm not sure if you know the exact problem . Of course it may not be deemed a problem but that I do not know .

I used to be treated here and in 2012/2013, I had a male dentist apply spray (which I felt was inappropriate). One of the dentist caused me severe pain by drilling too far making the tooth very sensitive to hot/cold. When I had Adriana as my dentist, she refused to treat me because I'm autistic so she had to refer me across Devon to the dental care centres in the county. But when I had Sofia as dentist, she did everything that I asked and she was very happy to treat me. It was awkward to get in to see my own dentist for a dental emergency at times.

I had an appointment for a tooth repair on the 25th May, as the old filling became loose and detached. No pain, just sensitivity to anything hot/cold. Upon arrival the check in, due to Covid restrictions, was simple, efficient and organised. All the staff were respectful, helpful, informative and cheerful. Which compared more favourably than my childhood visits of yesteryear. My Dentist was Bogdan, who in my opinion, is efficient and reliable and trustworthy. I am ALWAYS informed of the precise procedure taking place and what is being performed. The attention to detail is to a finite degree of precision. Which can be seen by the end result. There is constant two way communication, and I am always being asked whether everything is OK. Which is reassuring I can tell you. It also helps having suttle back ground music softly playing. As this, for me, averts any slight anxiety that may/may not bubble up whilst the dental work is being carried out. However, this is constantly being observed for by both my Dentist and his dental assistant. (If that's the correct title!🤔) Once the work is completed. There is a final post performance Sitrep on what was carried out on the repair. At my age, I actually look forward to any dental visit as and when required. A far cry from the barbaric methods used in the 60's and 70's. I can't give enough praise to all at My Dentist. I actually have no hesitation in putting my trust in the efficiency and professionalism of my actual Dentist, Bogdan, at My Dentist. None at all.

On turning up without an appointment on Saturday, with what I thought was an abscess near a new implant, I was treated politely and fitted with minimal waiting. The dentist I saw inspected the area and took an x-ray to confirm and I was reassured there was nothing wrong. I thank all the staff for allaying my fears and for their kindness and understanding.

I would have no hesitation in recommending My Dentist. I have been with them for many years and have been more than happy with their services. When I have booked an appointment I get seen on time. My denist Anitha is always helpful with any problems I might have and is always very patient and always listens to what I have to say. They always send reminders before the appointment and are very professional. Altogether I can't fault them. Long may it continue. Barbara Burch

Have always experienced a possitive outcome ever since I've been with mydentist...my Dentist is Sagar Karandikar and he has always been very helpful,informative and does whatever is best for me at the end of the day. Have just had 2 crowns removed this week, and because they were in the front, Sagar very kindly accomodated me by getting the 2 new false teeth added to my denture the same day of extraction in order that I would be without my denture for the shortest time possible...ie:- a few days. Would highly reccomend. All the reception staff through to the nurses come across as very helpful,polite and caring. Well done mydentist! 😊

Great friendly staff from front desk to actual dentists themselves. Really helpful and understanding. Always told if we have any problems to just ring in, so the after care is there as well. Really can't praise them enough.

The only thing I would suggest is if a patient is very poorly then cancels, you don’t count it as one of their 3 chances. If they cancel for something silly I have no problem with that. My dentist was ill and had to cancel was this because a patient gave him the illness by passing on?
