Excellent care shown again today. I have regularly visited here for check ups and other attention as required over many years. It was my first visit to see Christine today, after the retirement of my usual dentist, and I have to say, she is a lovely lady and put me at ease straight away, very professional and I’m looking forward to continued excellent care.

Excellent Dental Practice I had a decayed molar broken off at the gum line that presented rather a challenge to get out. I hadn’t visited for a while and was extremely nervous. A tooth extraction is never a pleasant experience to go through but Dr Chow was vigilant to any signs of pain and distress and ensured that I received enough anaesthetic to not feel a thing so that the procedure could be completed successfully. Dr Chow and the nurses were highly caring and compassionate and encouraging while I was going through the procedure and I was extremely impressed. The other staff members are also friendly and polite and the whole practice has a friendly relaxed vibe.

I am a nervous patient and hate going to the dentist but always keep up with my 6 monthly visits. For a long time I have wanted to improve the look of my teeth and not to be ashamed to smile! I found Mr Chong to be very informative and easy to get on with, so puts me at ease at once. All staff very friendly and have time to talk things through with you. Visit to see Christine for filling etc. Usual very high standard from Christine and the rest of the team. I am a bit disappointed that a few antibiotics (Amoxicillin 500mg TDS for 7 days ) cost £9. I was able to fill same drug and prescription for £2.50 at ASDA pharmacy. Feel like I am being ripped off and can’t see a reason for it .

After years of seeing dentists who could have auditioned for a demon dentist and as such dropped my faith, I took the plunge and signed up to this practice. I was met my some of the most friendly staff (but I know what your thinking that does not make a good service) but I sat Dr Victors chair and explained about me and his response was "I am glad to be a part of you feeling confident again" and his work was 100%, explained what he was doing and why, following week I got into the hygienist for a clean and a descaling. As like before, I was met with such help, as she was wonderful, I am now on the mend and I put it all down to this practice. If I could I would have given them 6 stars.

Just amazing. I've genuinely never felt so relaxed visiting a dentist! Dr Chow made me feel so at ease and I felt he was genuinely interested in not just my dental needs, but other issues we discussed. He explained everything he was doing and also what his assistant was putting on my notes, which really helped my anxiety, as there is nothing worse than not understanding what's happening when you're sat in a dentists chair! My fear of dentists has been a longstanding issue and has prevented me from taking care of my teeth as I should, to the point where my anxiety gets so high i just dont go. but I really don't feel apprehensive at all about my next visit, in fact, im looking forward to getting my teeth and gums sorted for good! Dr Chow and his assistant (apologies, I can't remember her name) were so lovely, patient and welcoming and the girls on reception were just so nice and friendly! If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this practice, you really won't regret it!

As I am a really nervous patient and new to this practice I was very apprehensive, the dental hygienist was very patient and kind. From a business point of view I am disappointed that I was not able to just transfer my old Denplan on a like for like basis to this new practice as I have moved to another part of the country. I understand that this is down to individual practices and not Denplan and so there is nothing that can be done to change it as it is the Dentist's choice. For me though it means that my plan no longer has the more frequent and therefore preventative hygienist visits that I have been used to for the past 40 years at my old practice. I know that I can "buy" additional sessions but I far preferred my previous plan which encompassed everything I wanted and needed.

Highly recommend! Victor, the nurses and the reception all so lovely. I’ve had some horrific experiences in the past with other dentists that really put me off. Victor explained everything thoroughly, made a plan of action and put me at ease where I walked out the dentist with a smile on my face. Never thought I would get over my fear of the dentist but with Victor and the teams help I’m well on my way. Lots more treatment to come but I have every faith its going to go smoothly.

I cannot praise this practice enough, the staff are always friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair and my dentist moves to the downstairs clinic for me. All of the staff couldn't be more helpful and always ask if I need assistance, 5* doesn't seem enough.
