J. B.Just finished my braces treatment here with Rachael. Rachael is always patient and attentive, she listens to your concerns and solves them promptly with no issues. Rachael would always endeavour to make conversation and was super friendly whilst delivering a relaxed and easy service. She would always go the extra-mile along with Louise to ensure my teeth were at their best. The results are lovely, and a massive improvement on the way they were before.

Rachael, Louise and Becks thank you so so so much for my amazing new smile, your tooth straightening wizardry has absolutely changed my life! I was never that bothered about my teeth either way but I certainly never thought that they were anything to be proud about and when I was referred by my dentist to the orthodontist I was ambivalent and thought it wouldn't make that much of a difference to my face and how I felt about myself. An operation on my teeth and a set of braces later and I feel so radically different about my smile and it's changed my whole confidence and feelings about my face. Everyone working here has always been kind, welcoming, with a lovely manner and never once made me uncomfortable in any way, I've always been put at eased and looked after as if they were my best pals! I'm going to actually miss coming for appointments and seeing all of their lovely faces! I am so so grateful for all the work you've done on my teeth and I am honestly amazed at the results! All the years and anxiety about what my teeth would look like afterwards was absolutely worth it! Anyone who wants braces or anything else take yourselves here! You won't regret it! A. E.I have been going here for nearly 3 years to have my braces fitted and re-tightened throughout my visits. Every member of staff has always been welcoming and proffessional in everything they do.
The customer service and friendliness of my othodontist Racheal Fletcher and the nurse Rebecca who works along side her makes every appointment relaxing and friendly.
Rachael had to put two sets of ligatures on both my top and bottom teeth, which given how much space was on my ceramic brackets was impressive. Rachael is an asset to the team and because of this i've never experienced a single problem with my braces apart from getting used to talking with them on...hated that.
Also big thanks to Adele who gives the reception that friendly vibe.
