I’m a nervous patient and have only been to the dentist once in 22 years. I went on the Fulwood group on Facebook asking for recommendations and Linda Williams (Manager) reached out to me. The day after we had a lengthy chat and Linda put my mind at ease. Linda is salt of the earth and truly genuinely cares. I went to my initial consultation on 17/06/22. The Waterside Dental Clinic is fantastic, state of the art equipment, modern surroundings and has a calming effect and based on the marina with stunning views. Every single member of the team are great including DR Tim Williams who wanted to get to know me not just about dental history and build a rapport. When it came to examining my teeth DR Tim was extremely gentle and I felt no pain whatsoever. Lizzie was lovely with me and very patient. The ladies on reception were very pleasant and welcoming. The Assistant Manager Janet was lovely with me too. I feel like I’m part of a very special family and I’m honoured to be a patient at this practice. I wish I could work for an employer like this, every member of staff is treated like family. I look forward to seeing you all soon and I will continue to spread the word. You have all made a difference to my life as I know now what’s going on with my gums and it’s not as bad as I first thought, having needless panic attacks over it. I can’t thank you enough. Once again Linda you have a heart of gold. If you’re looking for a dentist forget the rest, pay a visit to The Waterside Dental Clinic and you won’t look back.

I realised that one of the main things I dislike about attending most dentist is their waiting rooms. When you are feeling stressful or apprehensive about a visit the last thing you want is a tv or radio blaring away with depressing news or music as you sit waiting. At Waterside Dental Clinic you walk into the most tranquil atmosphere of a spa and the sounds of nature and if you are lucky enough you are met by an angel called Linda. You quickly become relaxed at ease.

Best dental practice ever been too!! Am petrified of the dentist and makes me so nervous thinking about it. Ever since the first phonecall with Linda I felt less stressed. Been in since to start my detailed treament plan and it was all explained in such detail. Dr Patel always makes sure I am okay during treatment and explains every single thing she is doing with no pain involved in the slightest. Visit Timothy at the Water Side Dental. Calming and relaxed dental practice. I felt like I was going for an informal chat, when arrived was greeted with comfortable chairs and free water. Had no pain what so ever during the procedures went back for more work. Feel so much more confident now with my new smile. Timothy gives you confidence, that the work that will be done will be completed to a very high standard. There is a warm welcoming atmosphere, with a smile and professional greeting from Linda and the dental nurses are great too. I love this dental practice! Dr Williams is an amazing dentist - he is so kind and gentle. I don’t mind going to the dentist but I’ve never found one that I enjoy going to until now. The whole clinic is really beautiful, clean and spacious - a hundred times better than my last one. The team are lovely, especially Linda. You can tell she really cares about people. I have just had treatment today after not seeing a dentist for many years. I had a large filling, an extraction and a smaller filling. I cannot even begin to convey how brilliant it all went . The whole team are so welcoming and kind, they make you feel like you are the only person to be looked after. I felt safe ,and cared for the whole time. Then the lovely dentist, Mr Williams is so gentle , so reassuring . I can honestly say I really didn't feel anything at all. I recommend this practice to everyone . The experience from start to finish is one of care and professionalism. Beautiful, soothing environment where you are made to feel very special. All the team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. Dr Williams explains each step before it happens and ensures you remain pain free. The dental nurse is a wizard at collecting the water from the suction before it manages to drown you! I feel very lucky that I am a patient/friend of Waterside Dental Clinic. Due to a few past bad experiences, anxiety and fear of pain I had not seen a dentist for quite some time. Just giving my teeth a quick brush twice a day, they became a neglected afterthought and inevitably problems started to arise and I knew I needed to get them checked. Luckily I saw an advert for Waterside Dental Clinic. From my first call to Linda who made me feel so welcome and relaxed, I have had several treatments all pain free, even drifting off to sleep during a root canal procedure. Dr Williams, Dr Levi, the hygienist, in fact the whole team have been fabulous, providing exceptional care. I can’t sing their praises highly enough. I definitely recommend to others. Cant recommend these guys highly enough. The friendly service from the minute you walk through the door to the fantastic treatment from Tim will put you at your ease straight away. I hated visits to the dentist after pretty shoddy treatment in the past and which put me off going for a long time. Im so happy I changed to Waterside. After conducting quite a bit of research I chose the practice based on reviews for Dr Williams. Im now part way through a program of, very reasonably priced, routine and cosmetic treatment and couldn't be more pleased, From the moment I get to the door, Im so well taken care of by the whole team. Nothing is too much trouble and the pre-treatment consultations each time I go are so valuable in calming any nerves. When your dentist actually guarantees pain free treatment, you know you're in good hands. I called last night as I was desperate to speak to a dentist. I got to speak to Dr Williams and he was absolutely wonderful.
