I am a great fan of this practice. So I am sorry to have to say that the new waiting area is unwelcoming, soul-less and cramped. It badly needs the addition of some redeeming features. Suggest hanging the dentistry certificates on the wall instead of having them in picture frames on the shelf (do you really think this enhances the space for those waiting?) and having magazines and/or a vase of flowers on the shelf. Also suggest installing some more up-market seating and better lighting +/- better connection to daylight. It's a sorry come down after the previous situation with carpeted waiting room with comfortable chairs, big windows, views of the garden, a selection of reading matter and some separation from the hallway and noise of reception. From a professional point of view, it is likely to lead to patients starting their consultation in a greater state of anxiety. It is so down-market that you might consider creating a proper waiting room upstairs if all the downstairs room is now consulting rooms. You could have a screen inviting patients to go to room x when their dentist/hygienist is ready for them so that staff are not constantly having to go up and down the stairs. The consultation was five star as usual. So 3 stars is an average between 1 star for the waiting area and 5 stars for the consultation.

I have been attending the Highfield Dental and Facial Clinic for more than twenty five years. It continues to provide an excellent service, with highly skilled staff. I am always greeted and treated with the highest level of professionalism, and it is reassuring to know I can call on them for help whenever needed. I atttended an appointment with the dental therapist recently, and it was a really positive experience. I am grateful to the whole team, from reception when I arrive to all the practitioners. The reception staff are always hugely helpful and attentive, which is very much appreciated.

I've had several appointments here so far, and I've been very happy with the treatment and service. Dr Stobiecki has been very helpful in resolving my dental problems. Moreover, he patiently explains the necessary treatments and provides helpful information when clarifying any queries I have, which is very important for a nervous patient like me. My experience with the oral hygienist, Mr Dulal, was also pleasant. All staff members I've encountered here are very welcoming and professional.

I have been undergoing Invisalign treatment and my Orthodontist (Dr. Slavek) has been very clear and helpful and my teeth have improved massively, both in colour and straightening. Jess, who monitors my treatment progress on a day-to-day, has been very helpful in clearing up any queries I've had and ensured I've got an appointment to check on any issues I've had. I would highly recommend this dental clinic and I look forward to continuing my treatment!

My own dentist was taking over by another, and I was advised that I had to have many teeth removed, I was given no options, no empathy of what the aftermath would be, I had to do my research quickly and find a good dentist, so I ploughed through many dentist until I came across this one. Me and my children were interviewed by a lovely dental nurse called Kate, who was absololutely fabulous, she not only advised me of what my options could be, but also of options on payment, and other treatments, as well as thier payment plan. I am so glad that I have come here, This pracitse is what I would say a complete dentist centre, with maxifacial included as well as dentist and orthodontist, I would definily recommend this to anyone who would like to have a second opioion.

The dental hygienist painstakingly took me through the proper method of brushing my teeth and other matters regarding my dental health. I have been a patient at this practice for more than 10 years. The dentist and hygienist are very professional and do very quick, but thorough, work. You do not feel rushed in appointments, and, they take the time to explain everything that they do. You feel confident as a patient there. As a practice, there is an emphasis on good dental health, as they are keen to prevent dental problems from occurring. There is also a range of cosmetic dental services for those that want. This is not a 'flashy' dental practice, with expensive designer premises and hard-selling of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, thank goodness. The premises are scrupulously clean, functional with obvious investment in high-quality machinery and equipment, and, investment in customer service. I have recommended the practice to a number of friends and colleagues, all of whom have been equally impressed.

Best dentist I have visited in a long time! I had to have root canal treatment and as I am particularly nervous, Dr Daniel and team were incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Talking me through the treatment and reassuring me root canal is not as bad as what you hear! The treatment was conducted with the utmost care - allowing me to feel at ease (even with headphones on!!) Treating you as a person, rather than a rushed booked schedule. I just had my first ever teeth cleaning/hygiene appointment at Highfield Dental. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect but the whole process was very calm and professional. Friendly/helpful receptionist, pleasant waiting area (with free bottled water and a nice view of their garden). The teeth cleaning itself was done very well and the dentist made me feel comfortable throughout, explaining what was going on, as well as providing recommendations to me for future self care of my own teeth. I would definitely recommend this dentist to people and am considering having some more serious (unfortunately necessary) dental work done here.

One of the reasons I chose this dental clinic was because of the good reviews it already had. My first appointment did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and showed me to the waiting room. I was given a device to complete the registration form electronically, and after submitting the second page the screen went blank, so I went back to the reception where I was helped and continued with the form. I was offered drink while waiting for my appointment. The dentist called me in and spent time asking questions about previous treatment, life style and what I wanted to achieve. I wanted a monthly membership plan and after examining my gums, teeth and mouth, the appropriate one for me was recommended. So far, so good and I am happy to recommend this dental clinic.

While I was happy with the dentist and his treatment, I will comment that I was not impressed by his assistant, who did not seem to know what he was doing and had to be supervised. Also, I was the first appointment and I had a further one to go to, so I was disappointed to have to wait some time before the dentist arrived. I think the price point at which I was charged, things could have been better. As an aside, I initially visited the surgery for advice as a potential new patient. The consultation I had was carried out in the waiting room with other patients seated which I found very unprofessional.

I have been with this practice for nearly twenty years and have always had excellent service and treatment. Unfortunately in recent months since they've had staff changes, I've not been so happy. Twice I've been hurt during visits to the hygienist, once very much so when using ultrasonic cleaning, and on another occasion, accidentally stabbed a couple of times by a visiting hygienist with the cleaning spikes. Lately I've also felt slightly pressurised into other treatments ( redoing old fillings and bite guards to stop grinding) I hate leaving comments like this as overall they are a wonderful practice.

I am a very anxious dental-phobic person so go to the dentist is always a traumatic experience for me; anyway after reading up all about them I decided to try them. I was made welcome form the word go. they allowed me to take my time to get comfortable and they talked everything through in a good and empathetic way. I was especially impressed by the use of an ultrasonic water jet instead a the metal picks that I had experienced in the past. This resulted in reduced discomfort and bloodshed. I found Highfield Dental Care due to wanting braces (6 months smile), and i’m so happy i found this practice. Such lovely amazing people work here and the service you receive is just brilliant. Completely faultless, you feel welcomed and appreciated and you can tell everyone who works there genuinely cares. I can not recommend this practice enough to people. No matter how small your enquiries are, you can call and they don’t mind helping. I recently have visited the hygienist here as well which again was a faultless experience. i’m so happy with how my treatment is coming along and quite frankly will be a bit sad when my braces come off. However because i’ve had such a pleasant experience here i will now switch my dental practice to this one long term and not just for my orthodontic treatment. My journey from National Health Dentistry to Highfield Dental Care has been quite revelationary for me. Mostly the difference lies in time. Time for explanation and viewing work planned and undertaken on the cctv screen, time for painless injections, as well of course as the time taken in doing the work immaculately. There was quite a lot of work required to bring the teeth up to a high standard, and I am now very pleased with the results. Hygienist appointments here were also a new concept for me but I appreciate the regular checkups and review of the care that I am now far more disposed to giving , this is all positive. Highfield is a small practice but I have great confidence in the work, and the concern of the staff for my overall dental wellbeing.

The staff is super friendly. They first offered my a free quick revision to give me an estimated price, which I found really helpful. I was supposed to be attended by doctor Slavek since he was the one that I interacted with in my first revision but at the end another doctor attended me (is sad I don't remember her name and I can't find it on the website). I was happy with the service but anyway I just wish they had told me the reason of the change or even given me the option to change my appointment's date. One of my theet was chipped and although my tooth looks ok now I don't really feel that the doctor put much effort in the details.

I have always hated the dentist and purposely put off appointment until absolutely necessary. Recently I needed a root canal and found highfield by chance. The receptionist are friendly and understanding. I seen Dr Daniel and he was once again reasuring and so was the dental nurse. I phoned and was booked for an emergency consultation and given an appointment the following week for the root canal. After the procedure I had no pain and I am not worried about returning for the other work necessary. They even phoned when they had a cancellation to see if I could make an earlier appointment.
