S. T.Booked for an emergency appointment and got one for the next day. Unfortunately they cancelled me in the morning. I called and explained it was essential I saw someone today. They got me put in and the dentist was so patient with me and even pulled my tooth out during this appointment. I am terrified of the dentist but the one that saw me was so kind and caring. Thank you for helping me today
S. C.Had my first appointment at this practice today, for a check-up, which was good. The appointment-making didn't fill me with confidence - I was given a 9.15am appointment (made months ago), then got a text reminder a couple of days ago saying the appointment was at 9am, then a phone call the day before, confirming my appointment for 9.25am!! Very confusing! So I had to ring to check and was told 9.25am. (No explanation or apology for the confusion.)
The actual appointment was very good, though, and the (male) dentist and nurse very friendly and personable. Information was explained clearly by the dentist. Reception staff were friendly and helpful too.
S. J.Have been coming to this dentists for a while and it was fine but the dentists were a little abrupt and didn't put my nervous daughter at ease. Yesterday however we saw a new dentist and she was absolutely wonderful. My daughter was very nervous beforehand but was all smiles on the way out! I shall be asking for Patricia from now on, she was excellent! Also, I've always found the reception staff to be friendly and efficient and have never had any appointments cancelled (except because of covid!)
L. A.I had a check-up and clean this Monday, my second visit with this dentist, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Very respectful, calm and reassuring, and importantly so very gentle. In fact the team, including dental nurse and receptionist, were all really friendly and respectful. Great service, really pleased to be on your patient list. Thank you.

R. M.Amazing!!! New patient reception was great with the staff noticing I wasn’t comfortable they made every effort to relax me. I had an extraction after X-rays and all went smoothly. I would recommend to any and all.
M. O.Really great experience. As much as the dentist can be. I have had a lot of different dentists and my dentist Leona was excellent. Very professional, explained the procedure well and engaged me in the process. The work done was also excellent. Can’t ask for more in a dentist and I’ve seen some right butchers in my time so know a good one when I have one. I will be keeping this one.
The customer service was good. Especially during this difficult time. However, It had room to improve and I can say they have. The first receptionist I saw wasn’t the best but I haven’t seen her since and the one I saw the last time was also excellent and very professional.
They sent me lots of reminders about the appointment which I also appreciated.

R. B.I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I am incredibly nervous of dentistry, having had some terrible work done in the past. The entire team are so helpful, caring and reassuring throughout every procedure, big or small. I've finally got the confidence to get essential work done, and to fix things that my previous dentist has done too. In particular Leona and the nurse that was with me (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) for my recent 2 appointments were absolutely incredible, and I feel safe in the knowledge that the rest of the work they will be carrying out will be great too. Thanks again for restoring my faith in dentistry!
D. V.I have been going to this dentist for a few years now, and I can honestly say it is one of the best I'm Southampton. The waiting area is never packed, and I've always been able to get an appointment without having to wait months. I have recently gone for a check-up and despite being in the middle of a pandemic, the staff were incredible. The waiting area was safe and sanitised, I felt safe and my dentist and her assistant took all precautions whilst I was in the room. Cannot fault them! Thank you to everyone at the surgery!

Plus another 5 🌟 PLUS service from Patricia Bugas the locum dentist. She clearly wants to be helpful and understanding to her patients whilst clearly living her work. I couldn't ask for a more caring dentist. Thank you.

I've been an NHS patient at this practice for several years and as with many dental group practices I've seen, dentists come and go, which generally has not been a good thing as I've not been able to build any kind of relationship and they in turn haven't necessarily got to know my teeth and give the best advice let alone be friendly. That was until now...
The practice finally has a dentist that both listens, cares and gives advice on the best treatments available. Today I had a broken filling removed refilled and on the same tooth a nasty crack repair. And it all looks and feels so much neater and tidier in my mouth. Thank you. I hope we continue to see the same dentist and that all your future dentist are just as caring and interested in me and my family as patients, thereby making us relaxed and calm in the dreaded dentists chair.

L. S.Fantastic surgery & amazing staff. Fitted my daughter in for an emergency appointment on the same day!!!! The dentist was kind, patient & clearly knew how to relax any type of patient that would walk through his door.
Surgery was very clean & I'm super fussy when it comes to hygiene so this is paramount for me and the first thing I will look for is the hygiene of anywhere I go, so to notice the surgery is how a clinical practice should be made me relax even more.

The dentists ask lots of questions and explain everything that is easy to follow and understand. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentists.
