My family & I have been coming to White for years. Customer service is always above & beyond. You very much get what you pay for. Treatment always exceeds expectations, very accommodating & Ben is so knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The time taken, care & attention to detail makes a huge difference. Claire & Charlotte make hygiene appointments a pleasure. Forever grateful.

Our first visit to White's was based on a friend's recommendation as we were looking for a dentist for Archie who need orthodontic treatment. Archie felt immediately comfortable with Ben and has been a regular and happy visitor ever since. Being local is a great advantage. For a while the rest of the family remained with another dentist who subsequently closed. At this point there was no question of where we would go for dental care and we've been at White's now for several years. The staff are all extremely welcoming, the facilities are spotless and the early evening appointments fit around school and work. We cannot find fault with the care from Ben, the hygienist and dental staff. An excellent team giving exemplary dental care. Thank you very much.

My husband and I have attended White's for about 12 years and find it to be a highly professional dental practice. A few years ago I decided to have an orthodontics procedure to correct a life-long click in my jaw and straighten my teeth in the process. Thank you Ben and staff for helping me to overcome my nerves and finally get my teeth sorted! Injections are almost painless here; the first time I had one I didn't even realise it had been done. The dentistry is second to none - several of my back teeth have been fixed by Ben yet they do not look as if they've had work done : ) The White team is so friendly and welcoming they immediately put patients at ease. There is a no pressure approach and patients are empowered to make an informed decision on any treatment they want/need.

I have spent a lot of time in dental practices during my life because of ongoing issues due to lack of saliva production caused by an autoimmune condition. This has meant lots of different opinions and treatment plans getting recommended to me by various dentists around the UK, most of which went wrong a few months down the line. When I arrived at White Dentist, I was feeling pretty desperate and would probably have agreed to doing anything, but I was steered down the road of doing what was actually the least expensive option, which is your first indication that the treatment you are getting is actually what is best for you. The whole team are great at striking the perfect balance between professionally putting you at ease and also being your friend who remembers what is going on in your life. All of them know where you are in your treatment, know what your concerns are, and know how best to make what is often a worrying time actually quite nice for you! Ben is a great dentist, he is a perfectionist who obviously works extremely hard to keep up with latest techniques and all new advancements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. And the best thing for me? I now see my friendly dental team every 6 months for my routine check ups and this has meant the longest period of time ever with no fillings needed, no bits of tooth falling out when I eat, and best of all no pain! Go along and find out what Ben could do for you, you won't regret it.

I wanted to send this view of the beyond excellent service I have experienced from Ben White and his team. As a Mr Average and normal person of 64¼, fearful of dental visits, teeth going south and gums going north I eventually needed new implanted teeth. My wife had a similar problem some years previously and on her promise of pain free treatment I went to Ben White for advice on a solution to my problems. Without reservation the welcome your receive from Heidi and Lisa immediately put you at ease and after a few visits it is more like visiting friends with the dental work being secondary. Ben’s work with his support team is professional, caring and from my part pain free. Today I visited the White Hygienist for the first time and I must say, without detriment to my previous Hygienists work, I have never had the thorough "service" I experienced today. You certainly get what you pay for at White’s and the service given throughout the time taken to create that smile we all want is well over the expectation transom. BIG THANK YOU.

I have been a patient at Whites for several years now. The care and treatment I receive is always both friendly and professional and I appreciate the time they spend to look at my teeth properly. I also took my two young children to the practice for the first time recently, to one of their family open days. I thoroughly recommend this excellent event to other parents for next time they hold one. We learned a lot in this fun environment and the little 2 minute sand timer we were given has certainly helped improve my children's understanding of the time needed to clean your teeth properly!

I think it would be fair to say that I was a nervous patient when I first approached Ben and his team. Having had crowned teeth following a hockey accident, the thought of having them pulled out and implants put it, was not the most attractive of thoughts. That said I knew it had to be done. Every single person I came into contact with at White, went out of their way to make me feel at ease, continually re-assuring me about the procedures and totally putting my mind at rest. I would recommend them in every way possible to anyone considering implant surgery, whilst it's never going to be fun, they do everything in their power to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience.

When it came to needing a crown replaced though, I had to summon up the courage to visit a dentist, and I’m so glad I found White. Ben worked a small miracle with my new crown and veneer and I don’t feel subconscious about my front teeth any longer. I was referred to Whites by my regular dentist to consider the possibility of dental implants to replace my failing teeth. As a self-confessed 'dental phobe' this was the nearest thing I could imagine to torture! The staff are, without exception, friendly and professional. The hygiene standards are first class. Ben is undoubtedly the best dentist I have ever been to and is an absolute perfectionist. With the help of 'conscious sedation' (the anaesthetist was brilliant too!) I had numerous extractions and 6 implants - all with NO pain, NO swelling and NO bruising. I think that speaks for itself! I am delighted with the end result and cannot recommend Whites highly enough.

I have had a crown on one of my top, front teeth since I was a teenager. I was always conscious of the crown I had, and when the root finally failed, and had to be removed I visited Ben and his team, and decided to have the tooth replaced with an implant (along with some teeth whitening - because I finally could!). I'm not the easiest of patients. I openly admit that I hate going to the dentist, and am always really anxious about any work. However, Ben, was fantastic. So calm and patient, and let me take things at my own pace. Most importantly, the final result is a tooth that is beautiful. It matches my other teeth perfectly, and feels completely natural. I had 4 implants fitted by Ben White at his surgery in Hamble almost 2 years ago. Prior to having the implants I had a plate type denture. Although I had had the dentures for years I was always very self conscious about them and reluctant to smile in case anybody should notice them. White is also an implant referral centre, many dentists refer their patients to Ben for dental implant treatment. I have had Invisalign (clear braces) treatment to straighten my teeth, followed by tooth whitening and the results have been fantastic. Embarrassed about your smile? Don't be! You should be proud of your teeth and smile with confidence. That is where Ben comes in. He is friendly, approachable and very professional. There is nothing he cannot fix or sort out. He will always give you positive options you need and time to think. Ben knows the latest techniques and with his experience what else would you need? I have had three different treatments implants, root canal and crowns, all of which were done with perfection. Ben has all the latest equipment so have no fear about pain! You will always be relaxed in the chair with a friendly and professional nurse beside you - always concerned if you are ok. The whole atmosphere at "White" is warm, friendly clean and hygienic. I cannot thank Ben enough for his expertise and skill in rebuilding my 11 year old son’s top 2 front teeth. Following an accident at school whereby he chipped off 2/3rds of both front teeth, we rang the Practice and Ben saw him immediately and began fixing the nightmare. As soon as we arrived Ben x-rayed and carefully examined my son’s teeth and began the rebuild. Ben and Heidi were so calm and lovely with my son and put him totally at ease. He wasn’t at all worried nor did he move a muscle during the 2 hours he was sat in the chair. He felt no pain and simply trusted Ben. It’s fair to say my son was devastated and in a state of shock at the damage sustained in his accident however when it was all over and he had a good look in the mirror the relief on his face was testament to Ben’s brilliance. He really cannot believe how good his teeth now look. Ben and his fantastic team have been our family dentist for over 12 years and we couldn’t be happier with the first class care and attention we all receive. Our 3 children love the Children’s ‘Open Wide’ days White host and as a result they’re all quite happy to ‘go to the Dentist’ – it’s not at all like it used to be when I was their age! I cannot recommend Ben White more; he’s simply a very clever and brilliant dentist who runs a warm and caring Practice.

I have has various bits of dental work done down the years and it has been very good. This is a dentist practice with a very personal touch, and they are very good at what they do. But it is a private practice with no NHS treatment here im afraid. At first glance it may strike you as a cosmetic only dentist. While that may be their fortay, they also carry out general dentistry work along with the option of care/treatment plans. All the staff are ecceptionally welcoming, offering tea and coffee upon arrival. They treat you like friends, more than mere clients. As for the actually dentistry treatment, I've never experienced any thing like it. Having photos as well as xrays taken of my teeth/smile was a new experience. And then to be taken in to a private room and sat in front of a computer to discuss the photo's and xrays was a very new experience for me, but it just makes sense. So if you want an improved smile or just routine appointments, this should be your first port of call. Ben (the dentist) is exceptional good at his work and can be trusted. And all the other staff are just as good in thier specific roles. Now, nothing comes free in this world, but I personally think my plan is good value for money. Should I need aditional treatment, I dont see the extra costs as expensive, but instead good value for the service and quality that comes with it. Be prepared to start looking forward to going to your dentist appointent. You don't hear that often! :)

The word 'filling' has always been an umbrella phrase for needles, drilling and numbness...it infers pain and brings dread.
