z. j.Chapel Street Dental staff are so welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to book me in at short notice and the dental care I received was second to none. Most dentists in the area I had to wait 3 months to be seen, but at Chapel Street I was seen within weeks! Highly recommend.

D. E.I first went to Chapel Street in the summer of last year after not visiting a dentist for over 10 years due to a horrible experience I had and as a result I became absolutely terrified of dentists, so much so that I went through years of pain because I refused to ever see a dentist again.
Finally the pain I was in became too great and once I saw decay setting in on some of my front teeth I knew I had to do something. The first visit I made I was literally shaking as I walked through the door but the staff on reception were very friendly and did their best to put me at ease. Then I had the dreaded examination and I was SO embarrassed because my teeth were such a mess. Rebecca (my dentist) was absolutely lovely and has been ever since. When I have gone to have any treatment done she makes sure I am nice and numb and constantly checks that I am okay throughout whatever procedure she is doing.
As a result of her hard work, I am now sitting here pain free and going to the dentist has now become something that I am not afraid about in the slightest, something which I never thought would be possible! Rebecca is amazing but all of the staff are, so pleasant and since I have been there so often most of them now know my name.
I seriously cannot recommend this practice highly enough, especially to those who have a huge fear of dentists as going there has literally changed my life which sounds OTT but it is very true. Thanks everyone at Chapel Street!
