S. T.Hi I am an NHS patient of this practice and have been for about a year. Note to public....
This is the best practice I have ever been to. The service, respect, professionalism and attention to patient care is second to none. I travel 1 1/2 hours each way to see Darrel, Beth and Gem as well as the fab reception service which is second to none. I don’t know of anyone who travels so far for their dentist but care and kindness and professionalism matter to me that much that there is no question I would go anywhere else. I suffer from anxiety and am not good with any treatment but the patience and kindness I’m always shown has helped me overcome phobias that we’re very distressing to me, so much so that I love going there now for dental work or a check up.
Note to the practice ...... hi guys thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me and boosting my confidence 100%. I love you all. Well done for how you continue to look after us through covid and give medical attention and keep everyone safe. Beth & Gem I miss you already. Stay safe. Hopefully I’ll need a filling next year 🥰🤣👍😍

Very friendly staff all around. Dentist and nurse were great. Staff at the desk were very helpful with the documentation issues i had.

Parking can be a pain, but its mumbles so that comes with the territory.
J. P.I have been a patient of this practice for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. At lockdown in March, halfway through treatment, I developed an abscess, which couldn't be treated due to the Covit restrictions. I was in a lot of pain but Darril and his team did everything they could to help me, from arranging painkillers to even phoning me at home to check how I was feeling.
My treatment has recently finished and, whilst, it wasn't straightforward, Darril did everything possible to find a solution, which I am very pleased with.
All the staff at the practice are welcoming and friendly and provide second to none, customer service. 100% recommended!
