Highly recommend, my daughter has received outstanding treatment so far. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The clinic is always spotlessly clean and well presented. The orthodontists and therapists always explain all the treatment to my daughter thoroughly and give her time to ask questions. The process has been quick, painless and we always get appointments quickly and effortlessly. Couldn't ask for better treatment and really looking forward to seeing the amazing end results.

Everyone from reception to the dental nurses were extremely attentive and polite. The dentist was extremely professional, polite and informative. My daughter who is normally scared of the dentist was totally compliant, I believe so because the dentist put her at ease in a very professional polite and sensible manner!

I can’t speak highly enough about the brilliant staff and service provided by the Portman team in Truro. I have had 2 emergencies recently where my brace has broken. Each time staff have been able to squeeze me in to the schedule and fix the brace. Would recommend them to anyone.

Truro Portman Smile clinic is an amazing orthodontist with outstanding staff who are attentive and professional. We currently have 2 children going through their treatment for the next 12-18 months. Naturally children have apprehension about the first visit and mine were no exception. Upon arrival they were made to feel relaxed and involved in what was ahead. From the administrative staff to the actual orthodontist, they are simply brilliant. The facilities are always clean and well presented. Our daughter has broken her braces twice. The second time was 2 hours before our holiday and after just one phone call, they had seen her within the hour. Highly recommended to anyone needing orthodontist treatment. In a customer facing role, people always moan when things go wrong or not to expectation but the good work gets taken for granted. Not here. Well done team Truro. James family
