H.Took my 6 year old on 05/05 and she doesn’t like dentists at the best of times however Cian (The Therapist) and Isabelle (the Nurse) put her at ease and reassured her the whole way through and always explained what they were doing. I had a happy little girl at the end and a happy little boy because he got a sticker like his sister for sitting and being a good boy! Excellent service.
R. R.Yesterday I attended the dental surgery with my 10 year old Daughter She was totally nervous and scared beyond belief ahead of her first filling.
I would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to the dental therapist that did the procedure and also her dental nurse – they were very reassuring and made her feel at ease as she was very upset.
Cian explained every step to myself and my daughter and made the appointment a lot less worse than we were both anticipating.

S. H.Cian (Therapist) and Rhianna (Nurse) were quite superb today! I was so worried and anxious about problems with my teeth and was feeling very embarrassed and upset about the whole situation. Within minutes I was put totally at ease and made to feel that nothing was insurmountable. My issues were resolved professionally and in fact I had another appointment for next week but Cian managed to do the work today so saving me a further trip back to the Dentist. I was treated with dignity and so much kindness. I can't priase these ladies enough. They are a credit to Birchwood Dental Practice and BDP are very lucky to have such fabulous people working for them. Well done all and thanks so very much. I can smile again now. x

L. P.My 8yr old daughter has seen the dental therapist today. She had to have some dental work done, quite scary stuff for a child. Cian was absolutely fantastic with her though! She made my daughter relaxed, explained everything to her and let her stop if she ever needed to. I was dreading taking my daughter for this work, and fully expected tears from her. But there were none and she even left feeling quite positive about it all. I’ve been attending this practice myself for over 30years, but Cian today was probably the best experience we’ve ever had there!

For a few years now, I’d been thinking about having my teeth straightened and whitened and after much deliberation, I decided to take the plunge.
I visited Birchwood Dental Practice in May 2019 and had a free consultation at one of their Smile Days. Dr Shannon was amazing she talked me through the process, explaining how the treatment would work for me and answered any questions I had.
My treatment began later that year and I began to see a difference instantly. My smile and bite stared to become straighter and the aligners were comfortable and discrete.
Towards the end, Dr Shannon introduced the whitening stage. The gels were easy to use and the results have been great.
Now my treatment is complete I am soo pleased with my smile. I would definitely recommend Dr Shannon and Birchwood Dental Practice to anyone that wants that perfect smile.
A. M.I have thought about cosmetic dental treatment for a few years now.
I saw on Social Media that Birchwood Dental practice were offering a free Smile Day event. I booked an appointment in May 2019.
I was seen by Dr Shannon and received an amazing consultation. She explained the whole process and what she thought would be best to achieve my dream smile.
My Invisalign treatment started a few months later and I started to notice the difference straight away. The Invisalign trays were comfortable and easy to put it in and remove.
Towards the end of my treatment Dr Shannon provided me with the Boutique Whitening gels. These gels were easy to use and just needed to be placed into my Invisalign trays for a few hours at a time.
My treatment is now complete and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After being self conscious for so long about my smile I am now much more confident. I would definitely recommend Dr Shannon and all the staff at Birchwood Dental Practice.

H. K.I am actually Carole Knight, but can't get access to this site on my computer, hence this being written on my husband's page. I have been a patient at the Birchwood Practice for a number of years and have had regular check-ups. Fortunately I haven't needed any treatment, but my bridge (which was provided by my previous dentist many years ago) broke and had to be replaced. I have to say that the treatment by Ioannis was brilliant and I am delighted with my new bridge. Ioannis is a perfectionist and I would recommend him to anyone who wants or needs excellent dental treatment. All the staff that I have had contact with are warm and friendly and there is a very nice atmosphere in the practice.

My dentist Anestis Kalfopoulos carried out various procedures for me, filling & route canal treatment, painless and skilfully. I consulted my Dental Practice about sorting my teeth out as I did not realise that they did cosmetic surgery. The practice were very informative and explained the procedures I would need so I could understand. The price for the work was very reasonable and affordable. I have completed the transformation and I am very pleased with the results. It has now given me more confidence to smile. I would highly recommend this practice for cosmetic surgery.

If you are considering having an implant I can recommend having it done here. If you are worried about it being painful, I can tell you that in my case, I didn't feel a thing! 5 star treatment all the way!
