I managed to get an emergency appointment the day after calling, saw a very nice, young dentist who did X-rays and found a filling was needed. Being in an extreme amount of pain, he agreed to come in early the following day to carry out the treatment. Granted, I had to pay to go private for the treatment but the staff on reception, the dentist and his nurse went out of their way to carry out the treatment needed and I can’t thank them enough. Very helpful and professional staff.

An excellent dentist! All the staff are lovely, and very helpful! I’ve been going to see Mr porter now for 25 years , and hopefully will continue to do so! He fully understands me, as I’m a very nervous customer! All round excellent, have recommended this dentist to family and friends!

First time seeing a dentist after several years, I suffer with PTSD and am terrified of medical settings and have a needle and blood phobia. Mr Porter discussed all of concerns before the work and brought me back to do the work, he was so calming and understanding it really put me at ease. I had a few needles and didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with phobias. Nurses were excellent as well made me feel relaxed and reception are very helpful and professional.

I was grateful to receive a safe and thorough examination this morning, including X rays. As I'm receiving Chemotherapy treatment at present it was good to be reassured that any dental problems can be dealt with promptly and we've made appointment for next examination in 6 months. My daughter had her for tooth extraction and the lady dentist (sorry I forgot her name) was really good. She reassured my daughter and explained all the process to her stage by stage. My daughter was nervous but said afterwards that it wasn’t so bad since she was made very comfortable for the procedure. I will get the dentist name next time

Couldn't get an NHS appointment anywhere and managed to get an emergency appointment here, my first visit I was prescribed antibiotics to clear an infected and cracked wisdom tooth. I had my follow up appointment today to remove the tooth. I wish I could register with this dental practice as they offered a brilliant and professional treatment for me.

Today I attended Clayton & Scott dentists in Lovely Lane. Warrington. I was very impressed with the friendly receptionists and the dentist, Poonam Saryaiya, was professional, friendly and explained all procedures beforehand. Made my appointment so much easier, as I don't like going to the dentist.

On arrival wasn’t immediately greeted by a member of staff. Conversation was between them both, presume was training. However in a public facing role, recognition of a customer is vital, even just to say won’t be a moment.Also was informed on arrival that dentist was running late and had been all day, could a SMS not be sent out to ask patients to arrive later.

What can I say excellent dentist lovely staff, met Mr Porter at Warrington Hospital when having a tooth removed, after my previous dentist made a mess of it, Mr Porter made me feel at ease explained everything to me, so after that I joined his practice and have never looked back, his work is 100% knows how to talk to patients, I myself have just had some work done and couldn’t be any happier, even my partner and family have joined his practice.

After 10 years of dental phobia.. I was petrified of seeing anyone or having anyone see or be in mouth... I cried before I even sat in the chair the 1st time which was just a little look and antibiotics but even then to go back and actuallyturn up for an extraction was somethingI didn't think I would ever do!... I have the extraction last week I was shaking from head to toe in the chair and very nearly said just leave it!! But again I was greeted with such calmness and reassurance that It done even as a nightmare of a patient shaking and panicking... it was not a problem for him way so ever... it was the best dental experience even under the circumstances and I cannot recommend them enough! Due back in 2 weeks and im actually looking forward to it for more pain free work!!! Thank you guys so much for your patience and your amazing work... I look forward to my smile ive been waiting years for!!

If you are looking for a dentist surgery I would highly recommend Clayton and Scott. I hadn't been to the dentist in 14 years due to fear, I broke a wisdom tooth and knew I had to have it removed. Steve the Dentist honestly made me feel calm, he explained everything and was as gentle as he could be. Now I've had a few procedures and do not fear as much as I used too! I cannot stress how lovely the staff are also and make you feel welcome.

Mrs Boden is probably the gentlest dentist I have ever seen. Both her and Hayley are friendly and reassuring. My only quibble is the length of time it takes to get an appointment but this indicates to me that they have a level of expertise and caring that shows so many people wish to see them. After 2 years of refusing to go to a dentist due to bad experiences with my previous dentist I've decided to move to Claytons & Scott. I got private treatment, not through NHS and I am very happy that I chose this clinic. Reception staff is just straight forward, no additional hassle and I like it. The dentist explains treatments and options available very well when asked. The dentist did very good job with my root canal treatment in 3 visits each 1 week apart.

Edward (10 years) attended for a filling on Monday 1st March 2021. As always reception staff were friendly & professional & Mrs Bowden & the dental nurse put Edward at ease. The practice was very clean & social distancing observed. One issue was that signage could have placed on the door to explain the process upon arrival as the door was locked.
