I first came into contact with Smiles & more several years ago whilst working away from home. A broken denture was superbly repaired on a Saturday morning at the Warrington branch. A couple of years later I decided I needed new dentures, again I was still working many miles from home but the late opening hours at Warrington on a Tuesday were a bonus. The cheerful receptionists are a pleasure to deal with. Gary has a calm and confident demeanor and his many years of experience leave you in no doubt he's an expert in his field. The new dentures were a fantastic fit and the colour advice was spot on. The materials used for manufacture are of a far superior quality from other sets I have had. Staining after more than six years use is negligible and they still look like new, and that's from someone who doesn't have milk in their tea. Inevitably gums shrink and after six years Gary advised on a re-line. I'm now back working locally but did not hesitate to travel the 115 from Hull to Warrington for the work to take place. I was not disappointed and the same day service could not have been better or easier. When my current dentures are ready for replacement I know where I'll be heading.

So I'll be honest. I had originally walked into 'Smiles and More' out of mere convenience, as it was right across the street from where I live. Whilst it may be true that my journey to Gary had begun out of sheer convenience and expediency, I'm delighted to say that this 'convenient' decision ended up being the best one I've ever made! Call it fortuitous happenstance, call it the right alignment of the planets and stars, but it just so happens that this 'convenient place across the street' ended up providing me with top-notch service from friendly and professional staff. Gary put me at ease almost immediately, and from start to finish, the whole process was very smooth, pleasant, friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with my new dentures; it's like night and day compared to my previous ones. I could tell that great care and skilled craftsmanship was put into their creation. Gary even went out of his way to provide me with all the detailed documentation that my finicky and fussy insurance company demanded. I would highly recommend 'Smiles and More'. Had I known the excellent service I would have received from the onset, I would have sought them out without the slightest iota of hesitation, even if I had to travel miles upon miles to get to them! Excellent service. Quick and efficient communication. Was advised that they wouldn't offer me dentures as not really needed (when they could have just blagged it for the money). Gave me indepth expert opinion on what I could do to enhance appearance, the type of cosmetic dentistry I needed to look at, rough price brackets so I wouldn't be ripped off etc. Also said that if I found somebody I liked they'd be happy to look over the plan (free of charge) and confirm that they were legit etc. Honest advice and overall a really great experience even though I didn't have any work done! I would highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Gary at “Smiles and more” more highly! First of all he repaired a broken, ill-fitting denture for me, with no notice at all. Then he made a whole new denture. Because the original denture did not fit perfectly, I ended up with a gap at the front. The denture that Gary made, spending a lot of time on it to make sure it fitted perfectly, covered the gap, so I no longer have one. The staff are so friendly and immediately put me at ease. Gary is an EXPERT technician. I will be going back to him because they do such a great job. I’ve had dentures for years and these latest ones are the best by far!

I was coming to the uk from Australia for a four week holiday and in need of new dentures so decided to google some denture clinics in the uk and as luck had it came across Smiles and More so emailed them, they fitted me in for a consultation at very short notice, the communication was brilliant. As it turned out it was the best thing I could have done, Gary and his wonderful team were amazing. Gary is very caring and took the time to explain everything to me at every visit right through out the process, he went above and beyond to accommodate me knowing my time restrictions so that I would have time left before going home for any adjustments. The results were fantastic I’m thrilled with my new dentures. If you are coming to the uk and thinking of getting new dentures I highly recommend Gary and his wonderful team you won’t be disappointed, my new dentures are the most natural looking I have ever had. I had a porcelain veneer crack and fall off whilst on holiday. On my return I rang to see if they would be able to have a new one made and fitted ASAP as it was knocking my confidence. I was seen to immediately and the new tooth was fitted in less than a week, with a temporary put on whilst the new one was made in the meantime. Fantastic, quick and friendly service all round! My denture snapped in half this morning, Smile and more arranged for a technician to meet me at there medical facility within 30 minutes.The tech carried out the repair approx one hour did a perfect repair, at weekend as well and only charged me the normal rate with the current issue with the on going virus a fantastic jesture a very professional company highly recommend them well done Smile and More
