I don't think that I am alone in not attending the dentist in way too long due to letting fear build up and the expense of it. However, I had to have a tooth removed today so it could be put off no longer. Right from the first call with the lovely and very personable Bobby, I felt instantly calmer and my fear level dropped big time. I was given a Saturday appointment for the very next day, great that they found a space for me so quickly, and outside of work hours. My dentist was Vishal Patel. I have to say that he is the best dentist that I have ever been to-excellent manner, a total professional, and between him and his lovely colleague, the rest of my fear is now gone. I am going back for a clean next week and will be as regular from now on. They are worth every penny and were actually considerably cheaper than another central Watford practice that I had been recommended to but who I did not choose. I chose Better Care Clinic because of the strength of their reviews and that first call with Bobby. All the reviews are right-this clinic is an excellent choice!

I had to put a review because they were super great! From the moment you walk in you can see that the place is clean and you are greeted warmly by Bobby. I had my first appointment with Dr. Reena and she was really nice. I usually feel uncomfortable going to the dentist, but with her I felt calm since she took the time to explain the process, solve my doubts and help me to feel better. I will definitely go back!

Having been badly let down by my own dentist I popped in to the Better Care Clinic on the off chance they could help, being dentist phobic this shows the urgency of my dilemma. The welcoming atmosphere and spotless environment immediately put me at ease. I had no appointment but was seen by Mina Amlani after a short wait. The service given was exemplary and Mina was able to problem solve my need for a temporary denture without fuss and in a calming manner. I was thrilled and very relieved upon collecting said denture direct from the laboratory under three hours later, whose service and expertise should also be applauded. I was so anxious about taking my tooth out that not only He reassure me but i did not feel the tooth coming out at all!! First I would like to thank Bobby, what a courteous and helpful man he is. He arranged the appointment and I was called in in time Then came Dr. Vishal Patel. He was so professional and did a pain free extraction of my wisdom tooth. This was at another level. I even might start to visit the Dentist more often now. I've only been for my second appointment but the service has been fantastic. All members of staff are super friendly, polite and very accomodating. I love that everything can be done online via their website, this includes booking appointments, checking outstanding payments, future appointments. And I carried out all the new patient registration online so when I arrived for my first appointment I was seen on time and just got into the nitty gritty of it. Easy location to get to as well as I grab the train and it's the a short walk to the clinic. Big thank you to Minal as well who I can tell is very passionate, knowledgeable and patient. 😁

All throughout the procedure, Dr. Manish never failed to explain and tell me on what he was about to do, what to expect, and the effect. You can feel the sense of professionalism from the staff. I could not recommend Better Care Clinic enough for anyone looking for private dental care. I was able to get a fairly urgent appointment at such short notice with no extra fees and at a reasonable price. The staff are so welcoming and always happy to help. The dentist did a very good check-up on my teeth, including an x-ray and gave me a lot of reassurance and advice on my dental health. Went back for a hygiene and air-polish and once again, staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with Better Care Clinic and will continue using their amazing service!

The experience I had here today was fantastic! My appointment was with dr Minal and she is first class. As soon as I arrived I felt incredibly comfortable and like I was being looked after by a true professional. Minal’s knowledge, passion and interpersonal skills truly make her one of the best in her field. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I left with a big smile on my face and that’s how you should feel after the dentist.

I had a tooth extracted. All the staff were extremely warm and friendly. Minal who carried out the work, kept me in the picture every step of the way which was so reassuring. The clinic itself is both modern and spotless. I would highly recommend this clinic. The pricing is also very fair.
