A.I would like to thank to IQ braces and faces team that always treated us with professionalism but with kindness at the same time.We've never felt like we were going to the doctor but we were going to some nice place with nice staff beginnig from the reception staff to the orthodontists that we have seen.
Special thanks to the manager of the practice,Mrs Adela Gogova for the involvement in my daughter 's transfer to another clinic as we've moved from Surrey .

r. m.Amazing team from the orthodontists to the very competent receptionists. The branch manager is so welcoming and helpful. Ever member of staff my daughter has seen have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend anyone and I often do.
M. H.Whilst out shopping my Daughter's wire had come loose and bent from her back bracket.. Thank goodness I remembered this shop being here as we are not local. A lovely lady sorted her out within minutes which was the perfect fix until we could get to our usual Orthodontist.

J. P.I unfortunately had to go here for an emergency appointment on New Year’s Day. Both the Nurse and Dentist were so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Due to the day I was unable to be seen at my Dentist so am very thankful that I was fitted in at such short notice. This practice was definitely one of if not the best I have been to.
J. J.THANK YOU! I had a severe toothache over Christmas and no other local emergency dentist, neither private or NHS, was answering the phone.
I have to say the overall experience remains exceptional from the greeting upon arrival, to the level of care and attention received from the dental team. They managed to sort out my issue with ease, pain free and some how calm my anxiety - I was even offered a stress ball!
The dentist who saw me on Boxing Day was friendly and showed me my x ray and we decided to remove the tooth as a root treatment was not a viable option for this tooth. When you first meet dentists you’re generally scared but this dentist and her nurse was ever so nice.
So happy I’m now pain free and I chose this private dental clinic. They even called me back the next day to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency or urgent dental assistance.

The practice manager, the medical team and the supporting staff always go beyond and above to ensure that I have the best experience. I have been to a few expensive clinics but none could beat IQ. In addition, it is one of the very few clinics which manages to use technology so effectively to improve the overall patient’s experience.

T. P.This is a modern and very friendly orthodontic surgery, and from the moment you walk through the door, everyone treats you in a friendly and respectful manner.
My children have been coming here since September last year, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have been extremely happy with all the care I have received and with all appointments and administrative matters. The staff pick up the phone when you call and are polite and efficient. Every email is always answered promptly.
We visited post lockdown and wow! Everyone went above and beyond before but it didn't go unnoticed that even though they all seem very hectic - the experience of an outstanding care didn't vanish! Their reputation is well-earned!

From referral by our dentist to the initial consultation at IQ was a matter of months.
The length of treatment for both children was extremely accurate, in fact I think my daughter had her fixed brace removed a little earlier than predicted.
It is a very friendly practice and extremely efficient and professional and this is definitely appreciated
The short information videos on YouTube that the patient's watch for different parts of their care do appeal teenagers, and if they forget something is easily obtainable from home.
All in all we are very happy, and would highly recommend IQ braces and faces for your orthodontic care.
J. Z.My son has received treatment here for the last 16 months. Block braces and then train tracks top and bottom. The care taken for him as an NHS patient has been fantastic. Every step has been clearly explained, with a calm and warm approach, and with Dr Qureshi on hand by phone and email for questions in between appointments. All of the staff have give the same high level of care. I could not recommend them any higher as an Orthodontist for children.
D. m. I.I would have given 5 as they did my daughter teeth beautiful. My problem is the retainer first one free brilliant but after 3 months i watch her put in her mouth it broke in 3 bits.
As mother of 3 and on benefits I can't afford new one now i have a depressed child as teeth moving and I have email them no response.so can you contact me please help my daughter smile again
