I’ve been using Northwick Manor Dental Practice for about 14 years now and I recommend them to everyone! They are just amazing! When you walk in the wonderful reception team know your name, they are so warm and friendly and will go above and beyond to help. They will put anyone nervous about seeing a dentist at complete ease. It’s so refreshing to go somewhere where you feel so welcomed! The practice is beautiful and light and so clean. And is constantly being updated. It has such a calm and relaxed feel. The waiting areas are always nice and quiet and peaceful. My dentist, Sharon, is brilliant, he has taken so much time to find treatments for me that work, I completely trust him and am so grateful for his kindness and reassurance. The hygienists are always brilliant too and have really helped me to keep my oral and overall health as good as possible. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!! Yours sincerely, Aimie

I feel very lucky to have found this dental practice. Being a nervous patient and not having been to the dentist for a good number of years, I did a fair bit of online research before selecting a practice. The previous reviews posted here are absolutely correct, this is an exceptional practice in my opinion. I saw Richard for my first appointment and was very impressed by his gentle approach to nervous patients, which I have also now experienced with Adrienne and Chloe. The whole atmosphere there is just lovely, and with paintings and thoughtfully decorated treatment rooms it is far from the intimidating dentists I remember from years ago. A huge thank you to everyone involved.

I have been a patient of Northwick Manor for some years now and I have always received excellent care and advice. My children also attend the practice. At Northwick Manor they know what they are talking about and I would recommend them, as a private dentist, to anyone. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the practice and treatment rooms are always immaculate. The staff there are polite, they listen to you want you want, and in my experience come up with the right solution. Payment plans are optional which is handy, meaning you don't have to shell out large sums of money at the same time.

What an amazing dentist. I’ve been a patient at the clinic for just over a year now and right from the very beginning they have been amazing. I first joined when I was pregnant last year and had the most horrendous tooth pain. All the staff worked really hard to find me and appointment quickly and get the treatment I needed. I had my Root Canal treatment done with Faith and she was incredibly patient with me and was more than happy to give me short breaks throughout the appointment because I felt nauseous. Every time I have been to this clinic I have always been welcomed by the wonderful girls on reception. It really doesn’t have that awful dentist feel like you get in most places. Everyone is so lovely and I’d highly recommend to anyone!!

While they didn’t have anything that evening, the receptionist Erin took my details and called me at 8.30am Saturday morning with an appointment at 10am. Brilliant service from this practice. Contacted my local practice as I had severe tooth ache but they weren’t interested in helping! Contacted Northwick Manor and Erin couldn’t have helped more. She booked me in and said she’d try and bring it forward, which she did and contacted me within half an hour. My situation worsened and one side of my face swelled up, I rang the emergency no and Faith was so helpful with care and advice. I went to the surgery the following day and Erin got me all booked in and handed me over to Richard, who I must say is the best dentist I’ve ever visited. I had to change my lifetime dentist due to relocation and I was very happy to have found this practice. Few weeks back I had my consultation with Dr Sharan and the experience was great. He really took the time and explained all through, from the issues found and the steps I need to take to solve them to the preventive measures. Today I had my first dental hygiene visit at this practice and it was with Adrienne. She was absolutely lovely, giving me a deep clean pain free session as well as good and plenty advise on how to clean my teeth for a healthy and shiny smile. I totally recommend them. I had my first appointment with Northwick Manor Dental Practice recently, and I would like to say that I had an amazing experience whilst being there. I haven’t been beforehand to the dentist in a long time, due to fear which I have developed throughout the years from my previous dentists. Moving here was definitely the best decision I could've made! From the moment you enter, the receptionist Sarah is so kind and welcoming and we always have a good laugh whenever I visit!! :) For my initial checkups I saw Dr Faith and Dr Martin. I was very happy with the level of professionalism and personal care they give, you can tell they really want the best for you and want you to enjoy your time there. After getting to know each other and the issues I was facing I was booked in swiftly for a scale and polish with Dr Adrienne and her assistant Charlotte (both of whom are also very warm and welcoming) followed by a filling removal and replacement. Both procedures went perfectly and the replacement wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be! Overall, if you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend coming here as you will not be disappointed and will leave with a new perspective of what, to some can be a very stressful time!!

Dr Sharon Reddy is such a lovely dentist, especially for a nervous patient. He was honest about what treatment was required as soon as possible and what could wait or be considered. I have had two treatments with him so far and he explained everything, was very reassuring whilst he was doing the treatment and used a topical aneasthetic before the dreaded needle, making the injections almost painless. Every treatment he recommended was confirmed with both x-rays and photographs and also after treatment photographs. The receptionist, Sarah, is so kind and helpful and she has a calming influence as soon as you walk in. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Reddy and Northwick Manor Dental Practice.

I’m really pleased with the exceptional service Faith and her team have delivered the last 3 years. My dental journey has been a very long one but definitely worth the wait. I had 2 gaps where my adult teeth were absent which is hereditary and I really should have had a brace when I was younger but didn’t so it meant a lot more work years down the line. I started with Invisalign which I wore for around a year then it was time for my 2 dental implants, bone graft (which is no where near as bad as it sounds) then to finish my smile Faith used some composite to build up some of my other teeth that had been worn away due to my bite being off before my Invisalign. This made such a massive difference to the appearance! I then decided to have them whitened to give them a brighter finish. It has completely changed my face and can’t explain what’s it’s done for my confidence. Would definitely recommend Northwick dental practice to anyone. Faith and her team are so friendly and outstanding customer care from all of them.

It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist and I was terrified of going back. I rang around a bunch of dentists, private and NHS and they couldn’t fit me in. Northwick were the only dentist to take my number so that they could call me back if they had availability - and they did. I got squeezed in for an emergency appointment. I was given respect, time, care, attention, and support by the staff who wanted to understand me so that they could take care of me as best as possible. For someone who doesn’t like the dentist I’d wholeheartedly recommend working with Adrienne Rogers, she’s been delicate and kind, explaining all the procedures with detail and reassuring me. This is an outstanding Dental practice. From the reception desk through to the dentists and hygienists, you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I am always impressed with the standard of care taken to ensure my comfort how Faith - my dentist, keeps you consistently informed with what she is doing, and how your teeth and gums are. There is always a detailed comparison with previous visits, showing how much care they take of you. Similarly, Natalie the hygienist has given me good advice on improving my teeth and gums, advice which is working, as proved by my last visit. Any time I have an appointment, be is routine, hygienist or to have work done such as teeth out, I have always been well looked after. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

Recently moved dental practice to Northwick Manor and was pleasantly surprised by how well run this practice is and more importantly how all your the team made me feel so special every time I have treatment from reception to my dentist Faith. This was my first experience of private dental treatment, with 43 years at my previous dental practice it was a huge step and one I only took after my friend highly recommended Sharan. The whole experience however was as good as it can get - from the moment I stepped through the door and was warmly welcomed by Jemma. Sharan and Charlotte were equally welcoming and Sharan taking the time to sit and chat before examining my teeth was particularly good in helping to lower my anxiety levels. Thank you Sharan. Following x rays, a full explanation as to what needed doing was provided, including costs. It normally takes me a long time to build confidence and trust in a dentist but Sharan managed to get me there in just one appointment - that's never happened before! Jemma, Charlotte and Sharan all combine friendliness with professionalism - not always easy to do. These qualities are welcome any time, but particularly so so during this pandemic. I was given a warm welcome by Martin and Faith. I am impressed with the friendly atmosphere whilst waiting and the spick and span and professional look of the clinic. I had no complaints on my teeth except to have scale and polish done. Martin then referred me to Adrienne, the therapist. I am so pleased with her skill and gentleness and her knack for attention to details. All the hardened plaque built up for some two years were removed and I felt really good and clean. She gave me a Tepe brush that I could use to remove any debris between my teeth and gums. I shall definitely return again for my next visit.

If we could give 100 stars we would!! My wife had been suffering with a very painful tooth for several days. After a totally sleepless night of pacing and no painkillers that even took the edge off she contacted the 111 service to ask for help. After trying to speak to several places, emergency dental services and her own dental practice she had gotten no where. In tears she resorted to ringing round private practices as no-one would help her. She had rung Northwick and it was Sarah who rung her back. Clearly bale to hear my wife's distress she arranged for her to be seen that afternoon. We were welcomed into a clean, friendly environment. Sarah spoke to us for ages and wanted to know all about us as we had never used them before and was genuinely interested. Dr Martin saw Laura and in her own words he was "absolutely amazing" with her. They sorted her problem out there and then, with an emergency extraction. They were considerate and did not rush her at all. Dr Martin explained everything to her clearly and methodically. Whilst she was having her treatment I was sat with Sarah, who had stayed late to make sure Laura and I were OK and that we were all booked in ready for her next check up, eating away into their weekend time. We were SO impressed with genuinely how lovely and attentive everyone was we have requested to register with them.

I visited this dental practice for the first time this morning and was so impressed I am writing my first ever "review"as a result! FIrst I had a few minutes chat with a lovely receptionist called Sarah. This in itself was unusual as all my previous dental experiences I have always been greeted with nothing more than "take a seat" or "the dentist is running late so there may be quite a wait" . I then went upstairs and saw the dentist (Rag) on time. Hey things got even better. A friendly dentist with a warm smile and an obvious sense of humour! I had a tooth drilled and a filling replaced and I can honestly say it was the best experience of dental treatment I have had in a very long time. It didn't hurt in the slightest....even the injection was only "uncomfortable" and since returning home and the numbness wearing off the tooth feels great! What happened to the post filling jaw and face ache? The rough edges to the filling that catch on the tongue? Oh and to "cap it all" ...(sorry couldn't resist that one!) when I went to pay I was actually charged less than originally quoted because the time taken was less than anticipated! I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice ....try it yourself and see!

Attended the first of my two visits to the practice on wednesday morning. Sarah greeted me with the same happy , enthusiastic manner, as per our telephone conversation, to arrange my appointment. My initial consultation with Faith was excellently conducted, with an on going commentary to her assistant Jess, as to her findings. I was very impressed with the standard of care taken to ensure my comfort and the manner in which Faith kept me fully informed throughout . I arranged to return later the same day to visit the hygienist. Thanks to the team at Northwick Manor Dental Practice for the fantastic help I’ve had over the last week!! Being the big stereotypical dental coward I am I hadnt been to a Dentist for to many years to mention and after getting what I know know was a very large abscess in one of my lower teeth I had to bite the bullet so to speak, from a recommendation through my wife I called NWDP who agreed to see me on that morning, From the friendly reception to the attention and care from Paul Elliott who may have have referred me following a dose of the anti biotics decided this had be resolved there and then and he got me sorted with an emergency extraction, following this I even had a call over the weekend from Martin checking up on me, I’ve since been back and have set about getting my Oral care in order, a long time overdue, however what I do know after talking to Paul is that I’m in safe hands and with a team of people who care about me, thanks to all at this practice, I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t been for a while or is scared as I was, get booked in and get checked over, I left it to long 👍

Outstanding service, called to book an emergency appointment and luckily they had a cancellation on the same day. Not only did they fix my issue all of the staff were helpful and friendly. I left feeling reassured and pain free. Thanks again guys.

Just had my first visit back! I was a little nervous as I've just had my 69th birthday and it was my first step of normality. I needn't have worried as everything seemed the same apart from Ellery being gowned up the eyes (I think it was him!). I felt very safe and feel everything was done to ensure a safe environment. The only negative was the queuing outside. This did not affect me as I managed to park right outside but by the time I came out 3 people were waiting and they looked frozen.
