J. S.The staff here are excellent - I've been there a lot in the past six months. Staff know exactly what can be recycled into which bin and if they are not too busy will often help to unload your car. Everything is clearly laid out and marked. I really can't think of any way this can be improved. Full marks to the council and especially the workers on site. For me it's not a chore to book - takes one minute.

But why is prebooking necessary now that covid restrictions don't require social distancing in open spaces?
And if we have to pre-book multiple visits can the website be set up to remember us so that we don't have to laboriously type in the same information over and over again?

Aberdeenshire council not allowing tyres to be collected however when Aberdeen city does is a very strange decision hence bringing the score down to 3 stars.
