J. S.Excellent service from booking the appointment to being seen by Dr Douglas. I was initially examined by a lovely lady in treatment room who asked a doctor to look at me. Dr Douglas provided a script for medication but felt that I should be referred to A&E and gave me referral letter. On Friday Dr Douglas took time to phone me to check how I got on and to ensure that there is a plan on place. Can't speak more highly of the attention and genuine care I received
c. d.I have been meaning to post for a long time. Over the years I have been seen by several Doctors at the practice including Dr Moncrieff , Dr Finlay and over the last 7 months Dr Topping. Each of them have shown me great patience and understanding during quite complex illness. They have been extremely supportive and helpful throughout and helped me in my recovery. Nursing staff were also very friendly.
